This was the first oil change on our Honda since purchasing our CERTIFIED Pre-Owned vehicle. The first oil change was free, all fluids checked and topped off, tires rotated and checked, and the car was washed!! Only took about 45 minutes and we were on our way. Thanks Kevin!! Greenway Honda did a great job!!

I drove 20 hours down to Alabama for a wedding and needed to get an oil change and brakes while I was there. Since it is a Honda dealership, I assumed all of their technicians were Honda certified, so I took my Honda there to be serviced. Customer service was great, I felt confident they would do me right, so I bought their additional services like changing air filters, knowing I could do it myself for cheaper.I spent $691 for an oil change, rear differential fluid change, new air filters, tire rotation, and for them to turn my rotors and replace brake pads. Off the lot, my brakes squealed like a spring mattress on honeymoon night. 1500 miles later and they’re still squawking.I’ll probably return for recall work, but I’ll pursue other options for any real fix. I’m not a mechanic, but everything seems to go right when I do as much of the work as I can myself. Where have all the reliable mechanics gone?

Greenway Honda of Florence is top notch. Alan and Kevin are great in the service department. They always go above and beyond. I always know my car is well taken care of. I am thankful for the great job they all do at Greenway Honda.

I used Greenway Honda for my maintenance on my vehicle. This group of people were friendly and experienced. I had been using Greenway Chevrolet in Tuscumbia which is where I purchased the vehicle but they sold out to Ford. This was my first time using the Honda dealership so they honored my maintenance plan with Greenway and did it in a very timely matter. These guys did a great job and provided me with a shuttle to get back to work then back to pick up my vehicle! I highly recommend this group!

I was not happy with the service I received. I bought a 2023 Honda accord & when it came time to have it serviced I dropped the vehicle off to have the oil change/tires rotated I informed the technician that it had a system update error that was saying take to your local dealership. He asked me to leave the vehicle because it was going to be hours before he could get to it. When I picked the car up he told me that the system update error was just a simple Wi-Fi issue& that they fixed it. I cranked the car & the issue wasn’t fixed. I had to make ANOTHER appointment to have them check it. I went at my scheduled time for them to check the car & the same technician told me I would have to leave my car for 2-3 days. He wouldn’t even check the car I asked him how long it would take for him to diagnose it & he said you will just have to leave it because I don’t know how long it will take. He didn’t even act like he wanted to look at the car unless I left it. I told him I couldn’t be without a vehicle for 2-3 days because I was starting a new job. He said well that’s up to you I can’t help what you have going on in your personal life.

The customer service was exceptional. Cade may have won back my waning confidence for this location. Also, this is the first time I’ve purchased tires and not had to return (to any vendor) to have the alignment readjusted. Prices for different services vary widely between reasonable and outrageous.Services: Tires

Kevin is both professional and personable. After inspecting the car, he presented me with recommendations for service and the price of each. I consulted him as to the relative importance of each service, and the work was done in a speedy but careful manner. He also advised me concerning future work the car should have, and we established a schedule for that work. I appreciate the work done at Greenway and Kevin’s advice.Services: Tire rotations

Friendly service and also very prompt!I do need to call and see if my tires being rotated would have an effect on the tire pressure sensor. If so, I'm sure it's an easy fix to check, or add air if needed.I had a wonderful first time experience here!

Great folks! Fast and friendly customer service! I took my car in for some lights being on. I was greeted before I even got out of my car with all smiles and asking how they could help! Wow! They pulled my car straight back and got me in! No waiting! I was starved and they had an awesome gentleman shuttle me and my daughter to eat and picked us back up! How awesome is that?! They ordered my part and had me back in a couple of days later and fixed! I will 10/10 recommend these guys every time! Keep up the great work! Alan was a pleasure to work with. They made sure to check everything out in detail even though I was just going in for a routine oil change. They discovered that my tires were in pretty rough shape, which I knew beforehand it was getting close to a new set. Alan made sure I had all the options available to me and got me well taken care of during the visit. I was really happy with the service. I enjoy the videos that were sent. I took my 2008 CR-V in for some recall repairs. Everyone was great and answered all my questions. The only negative thing is the cost. I need a filter that was quoted at 69.99 but is 20.00 at the parts store. I loved the service I received but that much of a cost difference and the hour long drive is not worth it. I will however return when I need a new vehicle.

I had a good experience at Greenway Honda. They performed an oil change and let me know about other things that needed to be addressed on my van.
