The most amazing staff and care I could’ve received for my dog Omen. They absolutely saved his life this weekend by caring for him until our primary vet opened on Monday. He gets to come home tomorrow and without them this wouldn’t have been possible.

Absolutely the worst vet I’ve ever been to do not take your animal here we went camping near by was from out of town we had 3 dogs with us 1 ended up getting into something or had an underline health issue that no one ever caught and seemed to be having what i thought was seizures we packed everything up an rushed them to this so called vet where they wanted to argue an say my dog was having a heat stroke in 60 degree weather he stayed over night charged us 900 dollars seen 3 different vets while he was there an no one could tell us anything so we rushed him home 2.5 hours away he had atleast 10 episodes in that time but the vet said they never seen him do nothing so we kept him as comfortably as we could took him to his normal vet first thing an within an hour they called an agreed he was having seizures now I’m not a vet so I don’t know how the hell I can tell an animal is having a seizure but college educated vet could not also our vet informed they supposedly did a urine sample but did not send that to our vet so I can only assume they charged us for something they didn’t do an then they sent us with his supposed check sheet where they checked on him so often an it eventually got to the point where they weren’t writing or checking anything off so I don’t even know if they was truly watching my dog like they was supposed to

Incredible. We had to leave our beloved for kidney monitoring for the weekend. Allowed us unlimited visiting hours and we always felt welcome. Kind, caring staff. Sent me pictures and called at least twice a day with pupdates. Incredibly flexible, knowledgeable, compassionate, and friendly. A+

They were so good to my pup! It was labor day and it was a true emergency and they were so kind! I would recommend anyone that needs an emergency vet, call them!

They don’t even deserve one star in my book. Basically killed two of my pets in a five and half year span. We need another emergency vet in this area with a caring Dr. the woman dr there that we saw is a joke. Telling us he just needed to rest and he couldn’t even walk out of the place. They had fo carry him on a stretcher. We lost him at home a few hours later. We are heart broken. She literally pushed us out of there cause she knew what was happening If you can’t be a caring and concerned person maybe being a vet is not the career for you. It’s much more than a career. I hope I never have to take a pet to that place again

I will tell you, in a desperate time of need, this is deffinitely the place to go. They are so compassionate and their service is awesome. My little dachshund hit his head one night right above his eye really bad, and it started to bleed. I didn’t know prices and didn’t know what to do and the lady on the phone told me not to worry, just to bring him on that if we couldn’t afford it all at once they had a thing called CareCredit, and they would walk us through everything. Rushed him up there and the minute i walked in the door, I was greeted by a welcoming and professional staff. Got us in and out, and she examined him very thuroughly to make sure there was no bleeding. They were very friendly and compassionate toward us, and he was expecially happy from all the loving they gave him. If you are in need to get your vet to a emergency vet afterhours, i would 10/10 refer anyone to them. Besides being somewhat pricey, it’s completely understandable since they are open when other vets arent. They broke all of the costs down to me and made sure that she answered any and every question i had thoroughly, because i asked her a lot of questions. Thank you for showing me and my little furbaby the compassion when we needed it the most

There are not too many options for an emergency vet in the area but this establishment is great.
I’ve been to my fair share of emergency clinics and this one has the kindest and most empathetic staff and ER Drs I’ve encountered.
Never was I rushed or made to feel like a number in a line- the care we received was personal and kind.

Great experience. The doctor and staff treated us and our cat with great care and compassion. We had to put down our cat today. The staff gave us plenty of time with the cat before putting him down.
