Please go somewhere else if you value your money. They cheat you out of pills and takes a few weeks to even fill your medicine after they claim it will be ready in hours.

This place has horrible customer service. I have never been greeted with a smile. There’s been times I pulled up to the window and was never acknowledged by the lady that was standing at the window. Everytime I call, she immediately puts you on hold before you can even get a word out. They never keep enough medication in stock. Every single time they say the medication is on back order. If that’s the case make sure you order enough the first time. I’m so irritated with this place! You go to a pharmacy for your medications but dealing with this place, you need more medication because this place is annoying!

Extremely rude, lack of knowledge on how insurance issues \\u0026 refuses to even try to help. The pharmacy operations manager is one of the worst \\u0026 is so condescending. I know every time there will be an issue \\u0026 an argument when I call. Quite naturally if my mom's meds go from $121 to $621 I have questions \\u0026 all I get is rudeness. The pharmacist is always nice \\u0026 goes above \\u0026 beyond but the other 2 women who answer the phone are horrible! Tried to use a copay card to lower the price \\u0026 instead of just running it they want to arugue! My mom is on dialysis \\u0026 has blood clots so this medication is needed for her to live!

Arrived here as a second attempt at picking up my mothers medication after learning that walgreens North Wood had bought out Tim’s on Helton. Once we arrived they did not have knowledge of the prescription and instructed us that we would need to reach back out to my mothers doctor. Once we got everything handled a second time we where informed it would take a few minutes to prepare but it was started so we went and had lunch to kill time. Approximately an hour later we pulled to the drive through and where informed it was not ready and normally takes 45 minutes but they would push and I could drive back around in 15 minutes. After allowing 30 minutes to be certain they had enough time we pulled back to the pharmacy drove thru. When I pulled back up they informed me they where closing for a 30 minute lunch break. I asked, “do you understand that she is in need of her medication”? To which the girl responded, “the pharmacist has to eat too”. I get that the pharmacist needs time to eat but I also know that I should have been told t he at to begin with. I also believe that if you’re going to buy out other businesses you should have a plan to handle the new work load. I’m still sitting here at Walgreens on North Wood waiting on my mothers meds 3 hours in now.

Always lie about inventory , and lie to customers on the phone , very rude and never like to be honest on the phone , going to stop using this location as employees are rude and even had a manager yell at me on the phone for asking a question.

Took over an hour to get drop off prescription filled there were two on the script they forgot to get one drive through line backed up looks like they need more help back there

I don't like their customer service. Not real friendly, 'makes-you-want-to-come-back' attitudes. Just the opposite: I dread getting scripts refilled. I think I will look around for another pharmacy.
