I love Publix, wish I could afford to shop there exclusively. However, I am disappointed in the vegetable and fruit trays I recently ordered for a party. I expected they would be made fresh and ready to serve, but instead I was in the kitchen trimming shriveled ends and brown spots from the cauliflower and cutting it to finger food size as my guests were arriving. The celery had dried ends and was from the toughest part of the stalk. The grapes were not separated from the stems at all and did not appear to have been washed. Those were not the only issues, but I'm trying to not write a book. Publix, I expected better!

I am from out of town visiting family. Traveled 20 minutes because of ribs. I called and asked the price of ribs from the deli that were already cooked. Customer service member over the phone asked if I could be put on hold and double checked the price.
When I came in, sorry wrong - the price is 4 times a high. The deli manager confirmed that was the price that I was told. Then said that they would NOT honor it because it was a customer service mistake! Poor customer service. Horrible manager with a bad attitude.

My first experience with Publix deli will be my last. I ordered three sandwich trays and a fruit tray 72 hours before my event to ensure they had the proper amount of time to have the order ready. I got a confirmation number and also an email the next day confirming my order and date and pick up time. I arrived at the time to pick up my order and three different employees could not find my order. They asked if I could wait 30-45 minutes and they would have it fixed. I had 20 people coming to my house at that time and I lived 30 minutes away. I waited so I would have food for my guests. When they gave it to me and I took it home the buns were so hard and stale and none of the sandwiches were labeled so everyone had to guess which sandwich they were eating. I would definitely not recommend them and will not be using the deli again.

The guy that cuts the meat was very rude to my husband. Every time he goes in to get meat cut, they are rude people. If there was another publix store around, we would go to another store.

Very very disappointed. I love Publix! I always go here to get my produce! So as I usually do I went in to get my Brussels sprouts and came home to find worms in them! This is not okay. I get that it’s produce but this is next level. Please do not buy produce from here, if you do, please check it!!

Went in to grab a quick dessert for a family dinner and ended up getting 2 ice cream cakes and they were a big hit with the kiddos. Great selection, easy and fast checkout.
