I had my wedding invitations done with them and it was one of the best things I did for our wedding!! They turned out even better than I was envisioning and I am so glad I went with them instead of the typical Etsy or printing website route. Julianna was so patient with me even when I was all over the place and she ended up designing the invitations of my dreams! 10/10 would highly recommend this place, and so glad I found them. I can't thank Julianna and PSI enough :)

I was browsing through their beautiful selection of products a few months ago. I noticed they had Jon Hart and I was interested in possibly buying a piece for a gift as I have some already. The sales lady kept coming over to where we were which was nice at first until....... I asked her how long the monogram would take and she stated the time. I told my relative I needed the gift before the allotted wait time and I may have to just get my daughter to get it in Texas THIS TIME because a store close to her can monogram Jon Hart in the store. The sales lady jumped in the conversation between my relative and I, seemed extremely offended after hearing me say this and said she'd never heard of that, and made another derogatory comment. Then we overhear her talking about us to another coworker at the stationary desk!! At least wait until someone leaves the store before! I absolutely would have bought something or even on my next visit to Florence as I come once or twice a month, but I was extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism shown.

Misquoted and charged double what I was told I’d pay.Went in to get double sided copies. After being told they’d charge me just to crop my image to make it fill the page, I had them make just copies of my existing document. I was quoted $0.54 cents per copy. At checkout, she said “So it’s actually $0.54 cents for one side. So it’s $1.08 for two side” AFTER the prints were already done, doubling my costs. I was not thrilled. Asked for a refund because the print quality was sub-par for that price, and did get it, thought my would have been $5 short had I not pointed out their miscounting.I felt very unimportant and felt Cheyenne was less than interested in my business during my visit, even before being misquoted.Simply not the way to do business.

I ended up spending $700 on 150 wedding invites.I went in to order and was told to find a template on Etsy, fill it out, and send it to them. I did and sent it over, the person in charge of design looked it over and said it looked great. I had to buy my own card stock for the back at hobby lobby, the last of their stock in the color I wanted. I get my invitations and there is a typo. A bad one, that is easily noticed. I told them and they would not reprint. I know I am the one that typed it, but I had wanted to buy straight from them and they had me get the template. I am not the professional in this situation. It was approved by their people, who didn’t catch it. When I talked to the owner he refused to issue a refund or even take any money off the reprint. I had to buy my invites all over again and didn’t get to used the colored card stock at all because it had all been used the first time. I will never use this place again. The owner was incredibly rude. He basically said he wouldn’t refund or reprint on principle. My wedding invites barely made it in time as a result and some people didn’t have time to plan.

The most helpful printing service I've ever worked with! We had a fairly insignificant error with printed announcements... They went above and beyond to make it right! The friendliest staff that just make you feel at home. Highly recommend!

I went in today for a last minute birthday gift for my bestfriend and was greeted by Tommy! He helped me find the perfect gift! He gave me awesome suggestions and let me know what the latest items are. I was blown away! I'm a sales person myself and it's been a long time since I have recieved such awesome customer service! One of those types of business that still does business the old fashioned way. You aren't an account number. You're a business full of people who deserve to be treated like humans. PSI is still one of the kinds of business that is very rare these days. They can solve almost every kind of office problem there is. Need office equipment, they can help you.
