The printing department REALLY needs some help. The lady in this department this morning was so rude to the other male employee. While there she had two customers in line & she was nothing short of PURE CHAOS. Then I also let her know she was rude not only to the customers but to the other male employee. Her attitude was HORRIBLE. She ended up telling me to take my copies with me (without paying). She’s going to run off multiple customers & employees so now your made aware.

The manager of the Florence Alabama store is extremely rude and his customer service is terrible. I will never use this Office Depot again. Do not TAKE your OWN pictures and then have Office Depot to print them for you unless you have a copyright release for your own pictures absolutely ridiculous!

The individual with a bald head and a braided beard exhibited considerable rudeness during our interaction. I regret to inform you that based on this experience, I cannot recommend their services. It would be prudent to avoid engaging with them. Additionally, when my grandfather expressed his desire to inspect the ink before making a purchase, the aforementioned individual persistently insisted on scanning it instead, which was quite disconcerting.

We went in for a fax service and the service in that department was wonderful, they were very prompt and friendly. Unfortunately, one of the female employees exhibited great unprofessionalism in the bathroom. Yes, in the bathroom. I went in with my mother who had surgery on her hand earlier in the day to assist her and we mentioned to one another that the bathrooms were not clean. (Keep in mind, we do not use the store just for the bathroom. Most places don’t keep a clean restroom anyway.) She proceeds to argue, through the stall she is in, that she cleans the bathrooms and that they are clean. She was hostile, defensive and unprofessional over the matter and proceeded to say how the building is old and they can’t keep employees to clean the bathroom and so she has to clean the bathroom. We didn’t ask, we didn’t address her, and if the bathroom had been clean we wouldn’t have even said that to each-other, it was very apparent the bathroom was gross and not well kept. There are numerous dead gnats in the floor and feces all over the toilets and floor. Either way, it was a highly uncomfortable and unprofessional experience due to that employee (not the bathroom) and for that we will never be back for any service.

I want everyone to know that Andre is a wonderful, patient, knowledgable young man!! I was on my way through Florence, AL when I realized I needed to print, and mail some wedding shower invitations before returning home to Texas the next week. All I had was my phone & iPad. Andre helped me find, download and email the invitations so that they could be printed. Within 10 minutes, my invitations were printed, cut and after purchasing envelopes and stamps, they were ready to mail ! He was such a blessing to me !! Thank you Andre , you are a credit to the Florence Office Depot, and I’ll always remember your kind spirit!
