Our salesman, Chris was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us sort through all of the available mattresses. But also gave us time to make selections without rushing us through. He answered all our questions and concerns both about the mattresses and financial concerns.

We visited Mattress Firm on Saturday and were helped by Chris. He helped us look and then gave us time to look and discuss the options. He was attentive but not smothering. The way you want a salesperson to be. I wpuld recommend Mattress Firm in Florence AL.

The sales man was very nice and friendly,and knows what he was talking about. I think he found us just what we wanted. Just letting Alex know the new mattress is great,seems bigger than the one on , I guess it's because it's not trying to dump me on the floor when I turn over , we love it
