I got an amazing computer and Asus pro 27inch screen and am absolutely obsessed with the quality and price! They took time to give me the best option for my price point and specifically designed what I was looking for, based off of my career !! everyone there is amazing to work with and extremely knowledgeable!!

Great place had a hard drive die like a year or two ago and they where able to get all my important stuff back, and recently had them copy my drives over to SSD and everything is working great 10/10 will definitely go there again if I need more PC work

Dont take your Pc here they charge me 100$ an said my window was corrupted an wiped my computer. Then said it was my fault cause of bad ram an i did what they told me to do an it was still not working right. I had to take it somewhere else because it was doing the same thing an they said my window was corrupted an they fixed it for the 50$ THE COMPUTER GROUP on Cloverdale Rd is cheaper an do better work they will fix your computer and not try to build you one

Excel Computers, Martin Dean has rescued us from computer insanity many times this year! Our Deco System for Wifi is the best and Martin is a saint in patience & kindness with us !
(Older Generation/computer illiterate) Cory and Ashley have been my go to help for my car/multimedia issues when out in town and have also been patient and kind and very helpful!

Terrible customer service!!! Took my Alienware laptop there to have the fans fixed which the fans were fixed but after they did the repair the speakers stopped working. Was told oh your laptop survived a fire well yes it did on the other side of the house from the fire with very minor smoke damage I cleaned it up myself and the speakers worked fine for a entire year till i took it to them. when i pointed out that it worked prior to him fixing the fans and then do not work after, he got pissy and very unprofessional yelling screaming shaking like a leaf in a wind storm then claimed that me and my wife were claiming that he broke the speakers i pointed out to him that no one said that that they might just not be plugged in or are plugged in wrong he started to yell and scream called my wife a idiot threatened to call the police on us. And me and him had a few choice words. I will not be going back here and unless you like to be a customer who is treated terribly i would suggest you should not either. and after all is said and done during his childish temper tantrum he took my computer's back off and refused to put the screws back in. DONT GO HERE!!! LOOK FOR ANYWHERE ELSE!!!! And regardless of how he decides to respond to this comment i have video to prove his unprofessionalism.

Could not be happier with the service I received and I could not recommend this place enough! My computer fans were making a lot of noise, and my frame rate was really bad so I came here to fix it. From the moment I walked in the man at the front had the problem diagnosed with in a second and on top of that he was one of the friendliest people I’ve ever met. The fans I needed were expensive because I own a gaming pc and he went over the cost of everything with me. Even gave me suggestions on how to fix it for cheaper altho some of his suggestions didn’t even involve me giving him business witch is always a great sign. At the end of the day after he ran through the price of everything and why it cost what it did I decided it was best to leave it up to him and I wasn’t disappointed. He kept me updated throughout the evening, updating me when he found out that the fans that were ordered were an upgrade from the original ones. I just picked my computer up after only about 2 hours and it’s running way better than before. They even gave me my old fans back and explained to me why they failed. Again 10/10 to them, I never leave reviews but after the more than perfect service I received I felt that I had to!

I brought my pc in after having it sit at a different computer shop for a week and a half just for them to misdiagnosis and not even fix the problem. Once I brought into Excel they were in communication every step and ran multiple test to figure out what the root of the problem really was and even after that ran more stress tests to guarantee we wouldn’t have anymore problems after just a few days. I can’t say enough good things about them and will never go to anyone except for them.

Just bought a computer from this place and everything went great, they are all very knowledgeable. They have great prices and they listen and help you get exactly what you need. I easily rated them 5 stars!!!
