Great furniture store. Lots of variety amd great prices. AND. Tax is included on the purchase price. We just bought this Ashley table and it's matching side tables for $500 total. These were almost $1,000 plus tax at the Ashley store.

Worst delivery experience. Tried to get more information on my window of delivery time due to an unexpected family emergency arising. This was the last thing planned before needing to travel 20+ hours. After calling 3 times within window given the day before, asking if there was an update on delivery time or more information they could provide, one lady stated they can't contact them while they do deliveries. When it came time to my window closing and 30 mins before the entire store closed (Im panicking and frustrated bc if it can't be delivered I need to reschedule) one very smug entitled lady had the nerve to GASLIGHT me saying delivery was delayed bc 3 attempts to contact me failed, which was a huge LIE. Delivery men confirmed no call was made due to their equipment not having service. Delivery men deserve a trophy. They were very fast getting furniture in and telling me to have a safe trip. Very kind who had better customer service skills than the ladies there. Delivery men deserve equipment that works so they can be contacted and make calls to customers when they are coming to deliver and not be thrown under the bus. Also, couch was supposed to be sprayed and recieved no warranty information. All was a big mess where I was treated like second class citizen to the ladies there after dropping thousands. Would have spent 1k more to go somewhere else.

We purchased a double recliner that needed a replacement part. The part arrived today and was installed by Akiel. He was exemplary. Friendly, courteous and professional. He exhibited extreme care with the installation; making sure everything functioned perfectly as well as completing the job efficiently. Thank you Akiel!
