Got amazing help from a representative! I wish I could remember her name! I will be checking and seeing if I can find her name and give and update. She answered all my questions and was very patient and kind.

I asked to have some devices removed from my bill which don’t even exist anymore. The store refused to do it for me saying I need to call the customer service line.I thought you were customer service?!?

Service was: Quick, Courteous and fulfilled my needs effortlessly. Service plan was exactly what I needed, at price I could afford. The service at AT&T was refreshing after dealing with phone services that "Lead" you to believe that they are the more affordable option.

AT&T is absolutely terrible. This store specifically has stolen my phone and continued to bill me for it. When I asked for the issue to be resolved the manager said he would handle it personally. When I went back to the store the next month the manager told me the same thing like he was reading from a script. Do not use AT&T. Do not use this service. Don’t do it!

Slow to get to me. Had to stand there kinda awkward for 10 or so min. Staff was friendly but did not port my number over properly. I had to manually do it myself from home. This took me 3 calls to customer service to resolve.

Porshe greeted me at the door and asked how she could help me. She sold me an I phone and transferred all the data from my old phone to the new one. She was quick and friendly. Thanks!!!

Change my personal plan to a business was told that my Samsung Note was on promotion supposed to get my phone cheaper end up paying full price overcharge my phone plan for over a year before they fixed it then they put someone else I over my account and would not let me do anything with my lines until we finally got that fixed taking months to get be glad to get my phones paid off so I can go to another

Asked to pay off phone a year ago when I switched to AT&T. Was told that can happen. Switched back to Verizon because it was cheaper for my wife and I. Then I get charged $486 to apparently pay off my phone when it wasn’t done in the first place. Still have to pay $486 dollars even though I was lied to. Worst service ever!
