It's a shame that this boutique store in Fairhope will not even allow a customer to exchange or get store credit if they purchase an item and decide it doesn't work for them. Yet this was the case when I tried to get a store credit for a $60.00 blouse that my wife purchased less than 14 days earlier. I was told that all sales are final! I realize that a sign near the register states this, but how could it hurt to give a store credit or exchange for another size? The money still remains in house! For their unwillingness to offer the customer either of these options, I offer this review. Sorry, but you have to be somewhat flexible to retain customers.

I bought an item and tried to return it 15 minutes later. The same sales associate and store manager told me that there were absolutely no refunds. They also were unwilling to exchange the item for store credit. This is an absurd policy and I will never shop here again. I will also tell everyone I know to never to shop at the store.

I shopped on Saturday and had the best shopping experience. The two girls working that day were so helpful and so positive. It was a bright light in my day! I’ll definitely be back!

Walking around Fairhope is amazing, but I had not yet found just the right vibe for my shopping on this particular day... till I arrived at LaRobe!! I loved everything about it... so many cute things and brands I loved.. even one brand I have been searching for for awhile... the staff was SO helpful. I tried on a couple of things but had to leave quickly, so the store is mailing my items to me... such a cute shop! I will shop here again!

Hadn't been to Fairhope in awhile.. the stores have changed some... was SO excited to find LaRobe!!!!! It was just the vibe I needed.. so many cute things in brands I don't see around here much... loved the selection! The staff was great and they were so helpful. I called back to have some things sent to me and they remembered me ... just a great vibe and a gem of a store...

I recently moved here and have been trying to go to new places and I've been in here two times so far. The first time was a couple Wednesday's ago after I got off work and the young girl working was so sweet and soft spoken. She helped me find a cute sweater and gave me her honest opinion on what looked good on me and what didn't, which I loved. I did buy the sweater and I loved how she didn't pressure me into it. I went in again yesterday the 11th and there was another girl and she wasn't that pleasurable. I felt like I was being watched and i felt as if I was being pressured into buying something, which I didn't buy anything because of that reason. I definitely love the clothes but it's just a hit or miss with the employees.
