What a gem of a store!I stopped in to see if they would check the prongs on my diamond ring. From the time I walked in the door of their fabulous store I felt welcome. Not only did they check the prongs free of charge, but they also offered to shine up my wedding band too. And they did it while I waited AND they did it at no charge. The gentleman who handed me my rings back was truly a southern gentleman who told me to bring them back often! Who provides such lovely customer service like this these days at a high end jewelers? Strickland Jewelers does. Highly recommend. I will return!

When my father passed away in May, I was given some diamonds from his ring that I wanted to have a ring created to honor his memory. My mother and I stopped into the Dothan location to start this process. Initially, when we met with Bryon, we received great service. In the weeks to follow, I did receive an initial cad of what my ring would look like. I wanted to make a small change to the first version. After several weeks of waiting, I received a response of they couldn't make the change. After a little more back and forth, via text, he said he now understood my request and "was on it!" That was the last reply I received.After wasting 3 months trying to be patient, we went to Bradshaw's and within 3 weeks I had a design. Two weeks after that, I had my beautiful tribute to my father.I have never felt like my dollars didn't hold the same value as their more typical customer. So, not only will Bradshaw's get my future business, I have already referred another friend to them.

This was our first time visiting, and I had a diamond in my wedding ring that was super loose. They took it right away, tightened it, cleaned it, and handed it back free of charge. Five minutes and we were done! We were blown away. Will definitely be back to give them our business in the future.

Strickland Jewelers, the store itself, gets 5 stars due to the choices available for any age group. I would give a 6th star because of their knowledgeable, kind and patient staff. They are certainly a valued member of our community!

I had them resize my Grandmothers ring and they did a wonderful job! Will probably go down another quarter size in the future but, they were very easy to work with and fast. Will definitely be using them in the future for any jewelry needs.

Very lovely jewelry store. The associates were very sweet and polite. The reason I have only 3 stars is while they weren't able to do the engraving I needed I would most likely have shopped here anyway had it not been for the extreme smell of perfume that overwhelms you as soon as you open the door. I suffer from allergies, and even the slightest scent of perfume has my throat feeling like I've swallowed glass and my head starts to pound. So when I say this was extremely overwhelming, I mean it literally took my breath away. Had I not already been to 7 other establishments and was told this could be the one to do what I needed, I would've turned immediately and left. As it was, the 3 minutes or so I was in there had me heading straight to a Benadryl the moment I left. I did explain to one of the associates the reason for my hands being over my face and she nodded her head and said she understood. Again, had it not been for the fact I needed this engraving and that I had already been to so many places prior, I wouldn't have risked it, so if you suffer from any allergies I wouldn't recommend going here, but if you're one of the lucky "allergy free" ones out there then absolutely! As I stated at first, it's a lovely store with lovely people.

I got engaged recently and took my ring here to get resized. The price was much less than what I was expected and they did a beautiful job. They cleaned it too, and it was even more shiny and sparkley than the day I got it. I wore it for about a week and decide to get it tightened just a fraction more- it was free of charge! I would recommend them to anyone, great business

Had never been to Strickland’s, but after yesterday, I learned that I never lost anything there. We came in, waited for over 20 minutes - and not a single person said “welcome,” or “can we help you?” We walked around the small store numerous times…still not a single welcome or show of appreciation that we were there. The elder gentleman in the office was with one lady the entire time and never even offered as much as a hello.When going to a high end jeweler, one expects to be treated as if they deserve to be there or at least are welcome. I felt as if we were a hindrance as soon as we got to Strickland’s. Had to ask a yup g little girl if they had chocolate diamonds and she said ‘only at our Dothan store if you want to drive there.’ Nope! I went to Jared and spent my $3k there. Will never waste my time at Strickland’s again.
