0/10. Imagine someone stealing your vehicle because you break up with their daughter! This is what they do. BEWARE!!! When this said person broke up with their daughter they mailed a letter to take possession of his vehicle for “storage fee of 4000$+” not being paid when he only asked them to check it out while they were together once he broke it off they would not respond to give the vehicle back and took possession. If someone could do that to a person they are scum of the earth.

Two mouths ago I would have given this company a 5 star rating. I had used them several times over the years and they were great, but not this time. I took my F350 to them on 22 July, to have them repair 3 things, they found one more item which was good, and all this was nothing major. During this time they only called once, I had to call to check it it was ready. 2 Sep I call and learned Yes it is ready except for the AC (can’t find part) so ok I will do with out the AC. Told them I would be right over. I get there and learn they chat an extra 3.5% to use debt. Well I didn’t have $2300 cash on me so cash was not an option. Then they tell me they broke the radio knob, then I noticed the rear rims had deep gauge in it, then I hear something as I drive down the road and notice the dash is not completely installed.BTW, they put the dash in right before I got there, needless to say it was not ready. If they would have told me on the phone it was not ready, I would have been disappointed, but I would have said “ok, call me when it was ready”. As it is, I have a messed radio, dash not properly installed, and out an extra 80 dollars . Not the way to fun a business.Services: Air conditioning

I don’t know who these other people are that gave 5 star ratings, but I took my diesel truck to this company and it sat for a month and a half without them touching it, customer service sucked. I could never get a straight answer other than they were waiting for their code guy to read a code and they weren’t sure when he would. I had put two new batteries in my truck prior to dropping it off and they were completely dead from sitting in their yard! If you need your truck worked on, DO NOT GO HERE!!

Abso-fricken-lutely DO NOT recommend this business! My diesel sat in their yard for a month and a half to the point that the brand new batteries I had put in were completely dead. Customer service absolutely sucks. Don't expect them to call you, and when you do call, you may or may not get an answer! Was told after the first week of my truck being there, after I called to get an update, that the mechanic said it needed an alternator and they were waiting for their code guy to read a code. 5 weeks later I was still being told the same thing and that they did not know when he would get to it!! Took my truck to another place and had an answer in less than a day!! I'd give this place negative stars if I could! Please do not waste your time!!

Great place! Great customer service and I highly recommend you taking your Disel truck to them. They got my Dodge Ram 2500 Disel hooked up. I greatly appreciate the service and hospitality!

Very poor service, never called, I had to call or go to the shop for any updates. They kept my truck for 6 weeks. When they put the new head back on my truck, they dropped a piece of metal on top of a piston. I had to pay for that mistake and I can prove that, even though they said I didn't. I wouldn't take my lawn mower there to be fixed.Service: Check engine light diagnostic

Pro Master Automotive says it all! They listen, understand, do only what is necessary and do it right. Very friendly and knowledgable. Don't take their kindness for weakness; they won't take advantage of customers but won't be taken advantage of. Great working relationship!

This place is very rude real disrespectful. Will not return your call had to go out there I paid them up front then they waited three or four weeks before they started on my truck took four to five months roughly change parts .without asking me when they broke them and charge me for them and charge me to put them on the stuff they installed on my truck injectors injector pump and fuel pump less than 5,000 mi went out again had to pay another place and the place told me there was very bad service done to my truck and that time I went out to check on my truck and they would tell me if you don't like to wait you can get your truck. did not try to make anything right when I called and told them my truck went out again it was under warranty they said it was under warranty and then call me back and said it was out of warranty this place from lie and disrespect you from office to mechanics
