Going down hill in the service department. Trying to sell you something constantly. They can't even perform the work that you come in for. To busy saying you need this, you need that. Bought my truck there less than a year ago. Things they said I supposedly need. Why didn't they tell me this when I bought the truck.. its always something but never the same thing, go figure.

We were on our way to Iowa from Florida for a funeral and our A/C went out. Called a GMC dealer in Dothan and lady said come on by and they would see what they could do. Got there and the man behind the desk basically told us no way would they even attempt to try and help us out and get us on our way. Called Boswell in Enterprise and they said bring it on over. We drove over and spoke with Natalie. What a great representative for your company. Within 20 minutes had our car back in the shop and within an hour and a half we were back on the road. She was such an incredible person to deal with. Highly recommend this dealership. Thanks for getting us back on the road.

Dealt with Charlie here at Sam Boswell GMC and it was by FAR the best car buying experience I ever had. Will definitely look to these guys first next time I’m in the market for a car. Cannot overstate the quality of service here.

I was very pleased with the respect, professionalism, and prompt communication shown by my salesman. The dealership opened at 8:00am and I received calls at 8:01am during my search and transactions with updates. I never got to meet Caden L. in person but I was very impressed with his responses to my questions and concerns. I received the truck I wanted and it met all my expectations. He has continued to answer my questions even after I have purchased the truck. If the other salespersons have the same drive and professionalism then the dealership should be very successful!

Natalie and Thomas handled my service beautifully. Natalie was personable, and went the extra mile to contact the Washington state dealership I purchased my car from (2015), to obtain my extended warranty information (which I had misplaced... instead of $1800+, I actually paid $600+) Thomas gave a great write up of his work, and was friendly and respectful. Highly recommended.

Bought new GMC from them and received only one key. Returned later to request 2nd key and I was told it was misplaced and if I wanted a second key I would have to buy it at a price near $200.00. and it would have to be ordered. I've tried to be loyal even after key incident. But it seems they never have parts and it's always wait. Don't believe I'll ever return to this place. I buy new truck every 2 to 3 years and it's about time to trade but it won't happen with these people.

The people at this dealership are very helpful and friendly. I can’t say enough about them. What a pleasure it was dealing with everyone there. Highly recommend them to others who might be shopping for a new or used vehicle.
