Worst customer service. Just don't use them. We receive shipments monthly and this was our first time using TForce. They lied about talking to me about the delivery arrangements. We eventually had to arrange for a "rescue" (another delivery company had to get the goods and deliver to us) because TForce did not have the proper equipment to deliver to our facility. They are dishonest, incapable, and lack common courtesy. Save yourself some time, chose another trucking company.

The worst shipping experience I've ever had. Several weeks after my pallet was picked up, paid for, and delivered, they refunded me and tried to bill me 4x the amount I was quoted. After calling in to customer service, they agreed to honor the original quote. Now two months later, I get a bill that is still higher than the amount quoted. I've been on the phone with 4 different service reps because I keep getting put on hold and transferred to a line that keeps ringing for several minutes with no option for voicemail. I finally, on my 5th call, got someone that was able to give me the phone number and email of the department I need to talk to. Hopefully I can get this sorted out soon. This is ridiculous. You don't get tell me a quote you gave me was incorrect after I paid and my shipment was delivered.

I have to say that, that was the first time I'd ever been to get packages from the UPS store and other than the forklift driver being a green horn it wasn't too bad!!!.!

No communication and they could not even give an answer on why they failed to deliver or attempt to deliver on Friday the scheduled delivery day. I had to call just to get an update and try to get the delivery rescheduled. I was told yesterday they would be delivered today after trying to find out why they were missing then received a call this morning saying they would not be delivered today but tomorrow. Horrible customer service and delivery service. No person could give an answer on why the items were not delivered and noone was ever communicated too. I was told thats not how it works by them.
