I had found an 2024 F150 4wd lariat that I was interested in and asked a salesman to test drive. He checked and came back to inform me that the manager was running errands in the truck and wouldn’t be back for several hours! I asked to test drive another truck equally equipped and he brings around a demonstrator to test drive. It was absolutely filthy inside and out with life jackets all over the back seat!
It’s ashamed that the uncaring attitude of the salesman and dealership cost a sale! I left and went to Serra Toyota and purchased a 2024 Tundra Platinum 4wd!

Both my husband and I worked with Daniel Tousey to buy new vehicles on Saturday. We were both very impressed with his approach to helping us with our purchase. We came in just to look, as we have at many other dealerships. He answered all of our questions quickly and honestly, without making us feel pressured to buy a vehicle. He even went as far as to give me printouts of two different vehicles I was considering to purchase with all the info I would need to make an informed decision. I have been burned in the past with purchasing a new car, but this time was smooth and effortless. No gimmicks and sales pitches, just the bottom line with the numbers on paper that were easy to follow. I will definitely be back in the future to work with him again. The service manager Glenn is an absolute disrespectful person. Im not sure how Lynn Layton keeps business with such an awful and demeaning man working for them. He will lie to you, Misquote you, And then cuss you out when he is called out on it. The worst experience i have EVER had getting my truck fixed. I would not recommend to anyone if they asked, And i will be telling my family and friends about my experience.

The service person was horrible. I called trying to get my truck fixed. I wasn’t rude to him or anything. I asked if I could just get my truck in just to see what wrong with it. He hung the phone up on me. I’m never buying a Ford again. Yes, I know they don’t care what I think and I don’t matter. Trying to get a Ford fixed or serviced in this region sucks.

Pretty good, however you can’t schedule service on weekends which is my only time off. Why can you schedule on every day they are open besides Saturday?
