Not so great experience, was serious to purchase a new CRV and walk out with a car, car type not in stock for the type i want, ask me to purchase insurance before they bring the stock from another show room to me to show the car physically, told me 2 days can get, but after 1 week still no follow up. Lucky i never purchase the insurance. My point was why ask me to purchase insurance upfront before when i don't see the car physical and the exact type i'm looking for. The "New Manager" was not very helpful. Thanks anyways. I will move to another brand.

Let’s start with , RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN…..I went to get recommended service1. Front right away bar link2. Fuel and oil treatment3. Wheel alignmentOn appt day they don’t have the partsCame back the next day got service .They gave me my car with the oil indicator onCar still pulling from left to right depending on speed.Took it back and they told me I needed a rack and pinion steeringI have a 2018 Accord less than 50k milesThen they tried to sell me a new car, claiming they would eat the repairs on mine.I got 3 other 2nd options 1 at another Honda ..All three recommendations was tires and alignments..They didn’t even want to give my money back..And to make matters worse they act like I had no reason to be upset.. and to top it off.. the sales manager keep calling me Bruh, which is a racial innuendo…Honda owners and residents in North Alabama stay far away from this company do not accept all of their recommendations. This place is a scam if I had paid the more than 3500 to get the rack and pinion done or got a 700 plus car payment due to their advise….Please message me if you need more details… the service department works with sales to scam you…My experience was disgusting and despicable !!!Mr K Mitchell

Best car buying experience I've had in my 20yrs of buying cars. Easy, fast and you cna really tell they care. Go see Dru! Tell her Shawn Bates sent you. Fyi she's easy on the eyes so that always helps but she has a great personality as well. Rare combo. I will definitely be buying any future vehicles from here.

I just bought a new Honda Hybrid CRV. Initially I was not in the market for a new car. I met Dru Bradford while having my car serviced. I was looking around the lot while waiting for my car to be completed when Dru came out. She was very knowledgeable and friendly and told me about the various models. I told her that I was not looking to buy but when I decided, I wanted her to be the salesperson. She got me the best deal and thus far I have been satisfied with the car.

Mason Rigdon and Mary Akins are wonderful to work with. They take pride in their customers, making sure that they truly show the southern hospitality. These people are looking for what best fits the CUSTOMER not them. They are there to help you and not just try to push a car on you. If they don’t have a specific car on their lot, don’t worry they have plenty of other dealerships that they own as well.

They treated us very well even though there was an unexpected deep South snowfall the night before and they were very few tow trucks or dealer services available in the area. They even let us hang out in the customer service lounge with our pets because they were with us.
