I have been trying to get a copy of my title to get my tags since May. It's crazy how hard it is to get a call back or get a copy of it. I can't even drive my car that I pay them for every month. Can I please get some assistance with this?

It really is terrible service, they asked me for the documents more than once and repeatedly told me that everything was ok, but the next day they asked for the same documents again, not very seriously with the customers, I don't even want to know what they do with the documents. In the end, they canceled my order. credit application are a joke! ?

The staff is very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. They explain everything very clearly. They tell you what your options are and let you decide.

After submitting multiple documents, we were approved for $8,000 at 24% and told they would call with our loan documents to do on the computer. The rate was high, but we figured that! NEVER EVER were we told that offer would change! However, when she called back, she said, "There's been a slight change." Slight my foot! It's only $5,300 at 35%!! She was shocked we would NOT proceed with this offer! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! BEWARE!After rejecting their offer, I received an email stating I had been turned down! This company is MESSED UP! BEWARE!!Update: as you see by their response, which he NEVER ADDRESSED MY ISSUE! THEY ARE DECEPTED LIARS! STAY AWAY!!

I put in an application 4 days ago and was approved. So far, despite me sending in my documents twice, and calling the Daphne Alabama location 5 times only to be told they are working on it I'm still sitting here in limbo with no one having even looked at it. This is not the first loan we have had through them but it will definitely be the last.

I have been a customer for 2+ years. I have never missed a payment. I recently filled out another application for consolidating some bills. After sending all my information I could not get anyone to call me or email me back. Finally after emailing the branch official email and tagging Tiffany (the one processing loan) I received a call from Tiffany (less than 24 hours) with full blown attitude because I had "tagged" her in email , along with her excuses she had not been there in last 3-4 days. Mind you, I have been trying to reach them/her for 2 weeks. I could not even get across to her that I needed to defer a payment because my bank account had been hacked. She would not come up for a breath from telling me how she had done everything she was suppose to do. I am 65 and have never been spoken to like that from any business. She finally gave me her branch manager's name whom I'll have to call back tomorrow so this review may be continued. This is my 1st yelp review for all my 45 years of doing business with anyone. I was in tears when we hung up.

this is the biggest laugh of all time when i comes to loans. young people or whomever be aware $9200 dollars loan ... 36percent interest is 6000 IN FEES LITERALLY PAY ALMOST AS MUCH AS THE LOAN IN FEES!!

They give you one quote. Then they call back with a different amount. I called back to verify that amount and it dropped down to a different. People DO NOT waste your time with them. They pulled hard credit reports. Never ask them for help.

I wouldn't even give them one star literally been making payments for about 7 months now and eveey single time maybe $7 goes to my payment. I know they have their charges but the fact that I pay them alot of money and only $7 goes towards the pay off is absolutely ridiculous. I wouldn't suggest anyone ever do business with them.
