Sorry not this store but the 1-800 number customer service. But this is the only place you can leave a review for Verizon on google
Lied about what I owed and when proven wrong still told me they couldn't do anything. This is the worst customer service I have ever had. Triple charge my card and then say it's because I missed a payment IN MARCH? My phone would be cut off absolutely unacceptable. Sat on the phone for over an hour and when they finally realized what I was telling them was right they said there wasn’t anything they could do $465 VERIZON JUST TOOK FROM ME AND MY FAMILY. Theft on a corporate level

Clair did a great job dealing with the difficulties of switching me back to Verizon despite how difficult it was for her! She was patient and stayed kind the whole time!

Horrible, in order to receive a military veteran discount you have to remind them every year, as is if that status can change, As a company they have no idea what the term veteran is. Onilne verification system doesnt even work, their support staff is even more incompotent. Once this contract is up switching to Tmobile

I've been loyal for years. There's a couple employees who are a pleasure to work with. However, my service is terrible at gold ridge. I've asked for help but the only help offered was for me to buy a signal amplifier. I may have to try out a competitor to see if my reception gets better. I pay too much to not be able to use a flag ship phone.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Answered any and all questions. Didn’t feel pressured at anytime. So refreshing after dealing with AT&T for so long. So happy we switched! Thanks Cullman Verizon!

Considerate and attentive employees. This is the official Verizon store so they can get more done here than the one on HW-157. Not much selection of phones though.

The Verizon store on Cherokee Ave on Cullman, AL is the only store I’ll ever go to again! The assistants are anxious to help and understand what I’m asking for.There is no charge for their help.I must say that Anthony has always been personable and helpful and I like deadlines with him!I’ve been to Verizon store on Hwy 157 and will not recommend them to anyone they are abrupt and rude and charge unreasonable fees to help you even if they don’t help!!Decatur store tried to help but in the end they altered my plan in unacceptable way.Again I cannot express how helpful and nice the Cherokee Ave store is 5 stars all the way!!
