My air was not cooling and with 100 degree temperatures. Graves fixed it right up. They tested and checked it afterwards. They got to me quickly and at a very fair price. Mainly, they care about their customers and their comfort. I was treated with respect and kindness. I recommend them highly and trust their team!

We were referred to this location for warranty work on our Pathfinder. NEVER AGAIN! They accept the warranty but they charge twice the warranty hourly rate so you have a remaining balance based on their rate. The parts they use are not allowable under the warranty company so we had to pay for that too. Our salesman that initiated our warranty for us tried to call them to assist with ways the warranty would cover more of the work but they ignored them and did it their way only which left further for us to pay.
Then comes the office manager who lied to us, tried to tell me we said things we did not and said we did not return their calls when I had the record of it on our phone. So ultimately we paid big dollar and they had our car for over 6 weeks.
My daughter took her car there since we had ours there and she drive it home and literally straight from their shop, the car set on fire!
