I work out of state and needed a prescription refilled so I was referred to Collinsville Drug and I am very glad I was. Brandon the pharmacist who I have never met in person only over the phone totally went out of his way to assist me. He even went as far as calling my doctors office, home pharmacy and even went to bat with my insurance company to make sure it would be covered! I’ll be picking up my prescription tomorrow and all I had to do was call him. I would highly recommend utilizing their services to anyone either living in the area or finds themselves there in their travels!! Thank you Brandon and staff at Collinsville Drug!John L.

Brandon is a shining star in every persons life he crosses paths with. He has the greatest staff. His prices are great. The building and bathroom are always clean. He knows his trade well and cares to do his job well. I have never had an issue that he didnt work to fix quickly. The best pharmacy I have ever used in 50yrs. Great job guys.

Amazing staff! Can’t say that enough! Brandon always ensures that each and every customer gets what they need and leaves feeling truly appreciated and thankful for choosing Collinsville Drugs as their pharmacy. He personally makes phone calls to remind customers when it’s time for a refill and he is just great with children when they come in with parents. Good quality stock as well. Love shopping and doing business locally.
