Ms Gina is an absolute dream! A year ago I was going through the toughest time of my life and ended up with a "depression knot" in my hair. My hair was originally down to my butt all 1 length and healthy but due to a dv situation it all got knotted up in a big ball on top of my head. Ms Gina knew it was traumatic for me to cut it but it had to be done! She is the most compassionate woman ever! Today I went back over a year later and she remembered exactly who I was and did an excellent job with me!!! I will not EVER use anyone else!!!Services: Hairstyling

I have to say, they are amazing! I got a cut, color and style I had not had my hair done in almost 10 years. Cindy came in to where I was working (calera package store beside papa John’s) and she mentioned her salon I will say this every one was very friendly and she did an awesome job! I am definitely going back! She listened and help me to figure out what I wanted! I definitely recommend!

The haircut I received was great and I have absolutely no complaints there. The only thing I would advise the business on is to be careful about disparaging remarks toward clients regarding the quality of their hair. I've got far thicker skin than most people-- men and women-- I've met in the south, so it doesn't faze me in the slightest (that, and the fact that this was the first time in 36 yrs a stylist has ever said anything but "you have the healthiest hair" throughout several continents). That being said, I would just be cautious about how you address something as integral to a woman's beauty as their hair because we're our own worst critics. Otherwise, it was a wonderful touch-up that was much needed!Service: Haircut

I went to 2 other places and they messed up my hair pretty badly. I called Sunset Salon and found Gina. She is AMAZING!!!! With the damage of cutting that had been done to my hair I had to go back to a pixie cut. Gina made my hair look so good. I finally found my salon home. If you’re looking for a good stylist that is sweet, caring, and knows what they are doing, I highly recommend booking an appointment with Gina.
