I have to say this is the most unprofessional McDonald's I have ever stopped at in my travels. Screaming profanity at each other, Loud and obnoxious works. Stood at the counter waiting to order and was over looked several times. Needs serious management and new employees. Establishment was extremely nasty, tables and restrooms. The only person who was professional was a little Hispanic lady cooking in the back. March 16, 2022. I DO NOT recommend stopping at this location.

I ordered McDonalds meal through Doordash. The price was great for what I ordered. It was a value meal. 2 cheese burgers 20 piece nugget and 2 fries all for under 15 bucks so that was a steal. Only complaint I have is my food was slightly cold. But it was 80% better than the last time I ordered from there. The last time the food was so horrible I threw It in garbage. So I'm assuming they are under new management. It was not the Doordasher driver fault as I live like 4 or 5 mins away.

This Mcdonalds is recently under new management. The GM's name is Crystal and she is absolutely amazing. I first got to know her at the hwy 280 Mcdonald's when she was a shift manager (I belive) when I lived closed by the restaurant for about a year. Now I live in Bessemer and I'm so excited that she is running this mcdonalds now. I stop by daily for my frappe, like always, so I have been able to see the changes made first hand. The quality of the food, the service, the over all feel of the store, all of it has just through the roof Improved. The store no longer closes at random times through out the day and night, which was a huge problem I used to have with that store. I would drive a few more miles down the road to another mcdonalds because I never knew If that one was going to be open or not. Anyways, great job to Crystal and her team! Love what yall are doing! ???

The woman at the 2nd window messed up our order and asked us what did you have and hands us an order of food with extra food and extra drinks that we didn't order told us our food was in there as well have a nice day and shut the window...the fries were good they were an A+ the chicken nuggets my dog wouldn't even eat they were hard as a brick the rest of the food couldn't tell you...

This is one of the worse places that carries the McDonald's name. The food is always old hard dark burned...looks like they don't change the grease at all....the service is poor their is not one person working at this McDonald's with manners and it does not matter what time of the day you go..the service this location is a horrible place to eat at ...I must say that this place should be closed down because of the services here

Had to take my order back. I ordered breakfast but everything I ordered was awful. Those biscuits weren't fit for an animal to eat. Will never go there again. McDonald's had never really had a biscuit that I liked but they were edible but they changed their biscuits and the new ones are awful. They McDonald's in Brighton Al will never get another dime from me. Just a very dirty gloomy looking restaurant. 30 -40 flies flying around the front counter area. I've never saw anything like it how the flies concentrated around this cable coming from the ceiling that looked very dirty and greasy. Stay away from this McDonald's. Twice bitten. My first bad experience was a molded sandwich. How do you serve molded bread to a customer without the preparer noticing it. I guess they trying to keep costs low.

The food was awful. Crispy chicken sandwich was more like cardboard than chicken. I ordered coke and they gave me tea.
