“Like any other place, you can only rate an establishment while you were there to do otherwise "for all time" would be a fool's errand.
Walmart is just like any other establishment it's run by people and people have their good days and they have their bad days and they have better people and not so much better people. Having worked there and still working there I happen to have an unusual point of view considering i shop there too so I know it from the front to the back. This store is staffed by some exceptionally nice and helpful people who will go out of their way to help you. Now I can't speak for all of them but the vast majority I have dealt with have been nothing but kind and helpful.
By the way before you get the wrong idea I do not work "for" Walmart. This is a very unbiased review.
Being someone who has experience both sides I also realize there are good customers and there are bad customers. People who expect their way all the time will tend to give a bad rating or perhaps this person is having a bad day and just ranks The Experience based on their aggravation from something else may not be so kind.
Also I will be honest and admit there is a possibility that there may be some people that don't give maximum effort.
What I'm trying to say is that my overall experience working front to back and shopping there has been positive for the most part.
My personal advice to anyone posting a review about a place is don't run home Angry and just post some scalding review about the place. stop, take some time and weigh both sides. Now if you got just horrible Experience from a place Then I understand But I'm saying be sure before you send the review.”

“I just have to have to say a cashier named katelynn checked me out she said hello was really nice she is so soft spoken but has the kindest heart. I WILL BE coming back to this store there all so helpful ??”
“I like the outdoor clothes selection and the men's grooming supplies. You can build a wardrobe easily. I also like the dog treat section; there are plenty too chose from.”
“This dollar general is okay well stocked , the employees are very nice . The store is clean well put together for it to be a older location. Almost all the dollar generals have different items on clearance left over from what ever didnt sell. I like to shop and i like good prices most of all i like clean stocked stores . With helpful employees”
“There was plenty of sales for men, women, and children on Black Friday. The staff kept busy folding clothes and putting items back on the racks. The girls working the floor asked if they could help us and were very polite.”
“Lots of great items from house hold cleaners, laundry, garden,food,lighting, baby items,pet,decorating and home decor,menand women's and children's clothing and socks,bras,panties,underwear, diapers.”
“The store layout is weird. Haven't been since they recently remodeled it. I like the Guntersville store now. Still a different layout than any other Walmart I’ve been to.”

“They have everything you don't need but will leave with something...lol....Good inventory, prices are fair, people friendly, check out easy, always offer to help load items....Just one thing....It's hard to find someone to help find stuff...I believe they are just short handed like most all places these days.”
