We bought a Landice Treadmill from Wright’s. It was commercial grade and was to have a lifetime warranty. We have a problem with it speeding up and slowing down on it’s own. It is a safety concern. My husband has called countless times to try to find out what needs to be done to get it fixed. No one seems to understand the concept of calling us back on the answering service. One representative even told my husband that he could not help him.This is a poor business practice if they will not stand behind their warranty.

One of the UMHW stickers fell off on one of the J-hooks. I contacted Wright customer support. Wright was kind enough to send me out a replacement. I really appreciated that.

Ordered the Slim Elite rack a little over a year ago and cannot say how happy I am with it. The product itself is 5 Stars all day. The quality put into the product is top notch. The 4 stars, unfortunately, comes from their customer service. I ordered it at the beginning of the lockdown and I understood sone delays. Unfortunately I did not hear from customer service until a few weeks past the expected 2-3 weeks promised shipping. Lastly the equipment showed up and the hardware arrived in a zip lock bag all mixed together. I spent more time sorting it than installing it.

Cannot recommend this company highly enough. We were looking for a bumper plate set from several different brands and saw that Wright was in Birmingham and wanted to give them a shot.The crumb plate set has been great and was cheaper (Including shipping) than almost every other place I could find online. Our products actually shipped and came faster than what their website said and even ordered an additional plates after the crumb plate set. Great quality, great price, and made in the USA, I am a huge fan!

Ordered the elite rack, pull up accessory, barbell, and full set of bumper plates. Drove 100 miles to their Birmingham warehouse and picked it up. They were out of stock of an item, and promised to ship it to me. Sure enough, they did what they promised, as the item arrived to my home address 3 days later. Good quality equipment at fair price. I definitely recommend Wright

Great equipment from the best and most helpful people. I coach at a small school in the panhandle of Florida with one of the worst weight rooms. Well that was before Wright Equipment stepped up! The salesman even stopped by my school twice to help me utilize our very small space with great equipment that will make workouts efficient. We’ve appreciated everything WRIGHT EQUIPMENT has done for us. They have truly gone above and beyond! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I bought a couple weeks ago the "Lean Garage Rack Lite” and when my order arrived I found out they did put a different item.I called them, they responded and sent me a refund label. I sent back the item and in less than 7 days I got my order right.Things happens and it’s okay. They have good products with good quality.

Mighty nice people working here! Drove 45 minutes looking for some exercise equipment and they helped me greatly. They know the ins and outs of exercise machines! Duke and the woman in the front were extremely nice!

EDIT: they still won’t refund me. I called capital one and they said the claim is closed and they can’t help, but Wright still refuses to respond to emails. RUN. AWAY.Nothing but headaches from Wright. I ordered bumper plate storage a couple months ago. It arrived via FedEx, and the box was left out in the pouring rain (though there is cover at our house it could have easily been put under). That is not the fault of Wright, however, the storage bar inside was wrapped in nothing. It was just thrown in a box with no protection. So when the box was broken in transit and then left out in the rain, there was damage to the bar. I contacted Wright, and they seemed understanding enough, asked if I wanted a replacement or a refund and I decided on a refund. They wanted me to send the bar back, which was confusing to me since it was damaged, but I didn't have a box since they one it arrived in was a mushy mess with holes all over it. They said in an email:"Then just tape the label to the plate holder without a box.You will have to return it to get a refund. It is damaged already a little more will be ok."I've never laughed so hard! Tape a label to the bar and just slap it in the mail? LOOOOOL. That's not how any of this works. So, I messaged FedEx on Twitter and they told me all good, just bring it and they'd package it for free. Turns out that was not true and they don't offer that service, I think they just told me that because I have a large social media following. Which is so d**** but whatever, after showing the DMs to the people at FedEx they dealt with it. I felt bad but Wright didn't give me a choice, they wanted me to pay for packaging too after sending me something broken? Nah.Anyway, it's been a week and a half since the plate storage arrived at Wright and they still haven't refunded me. Looks like I'm going to have to file yet another credit card dispute. I ordered plate storage from PRx Performance and it's great! Showed immediately and it was properly wrapped. For a few extra bucks, it was well worth it.EDIT: I reviewed this on their website but they removed the review. Not surprising.
