Alexander Smith is not the honest person at all. She have had most of logos digitized in the month of June and July-2022 and haven't paid the invoice.She is putting invoice on hold and saying do more jobs if you want this invoice must to be paid.I am very disappointed with working that company.

Left shirts there for several weeks, nothing was done, no call back, rarely answered the phone so I can only rate their customer service as a ZERO, cant say anything about their work as it never was started.

Today was my third order with On Top Embroidery & Design in four months! Michelle and her mother do excellent work! I use their expertise for my business uniform apparel and I could not be more happy and satisfied with the results! In the past I was using Cintas for my uniforms, but their service is so horrible, I decided to keep my money and business Local. If you have the need for embroidery work for your business, sports team or events, I highly recommend On Top Embroidery & Design. Let me start by saying that the workmanship was great, and I was very happy with the finished product!However, the service was less than favorable. The cute, large dog that wanders around the shop is the most friendly there...everyone was very curt.They asked if I needed it done by a certain time, to which I said that I was in no hurry. They told me that it would be ready in less than a week and that they would give me a call then. Two weeks passed with no call…They seemed annoyed with me when I called to ask about it.I will continue to use them as it was the best embroidery that I have found in Birmingham; the service could be improved.
