I needed help with my sim card, got that fixed, because of suggestive selling, by the counter person, ended up getting internet and a tablet with unlimited internet also. And at a reduced cost, with my 3 lines.

This store has no clue how to treat customers! They don't allow you to set up your own phone. They mess up the settings when they set it up! My son couldn't make or receive calls or texts. They don't care if you have a medical reason for not wearing a mask. They don't listen when you tell them what you want. We told them we wanted to transfer a number to the account and they just added a line and then we had to sit there while they corrected it. All while the employee said, "I hate it when customers don't tell me what they want."

Had a pretty decent experience adding a line and getting a low-priced phone with case. Sales clerk was a little fuzzy on the explanation of charges to me concerning the addition of the phone case, but all in all, there isn't much to complain about.

Name is Christy using my daughter's phone my is being sent off under warranty. Employees here are Always the best. They are patient when buying a phone and not sure what one u want always work to get u the best and cheapest deal possible. I've been with metro for 4-5 yrs now and I wouldn't use anyone else if someone paid me millions. Keep up the good work metro y'all rock..

This store has the best customer service, I come all the way from Hueytown,AL, the tall employee at Hueytown store is very rude, and inconsiderate, my husband and I have been with metro for 10 years, so the 1st Ave store will be my store for now on. I advise everyone to go to this store you will be taken care of
