Have a slow leak in my tire and drove past this place and pulled in at the chance they could fix it immediately, not expecting them to at all but whatever. Walked in and the dude (Adam) said no they couldn't get to it that day but to come back at the next available appointment which was 10:30 AM the next day. I said sounds great and then proceeded to give him my information. Adam cut me off and said no need, I'm going to remember you. I said I don't think that's how things are supposed to work and asked him a second time if he could just get my info. He said no need and rest assured that my appointment was at 10:30. The next day, I moved some things around at work and took an early lunch to drop off my car and planned to uber back. When I arrived, the dude working was not Adam and they had no idea who I was. I told them what happened and said "Sorry, it's not going to happen till at least 2:30 and that's if we get to it". Turns out Adam was the store manager and also a liar. Will not go there or advise anyone to go to this place . If I could put negative amount of stars, I would. -1000/10

Dishonest merchandise. I did a synthetic oil change and tire rotation. I marked my tires. They didn't rotate them.

Great service! They did not charge for the computer diagnosis, gave the code and referred me to Toyota Prius dealership. The squeelership would charge $140 if I did not use their auto repair technician.

By far the rudest customer service I have ever received. There was a rude guy being extremely rude and disrespectful at the counter, called me all but stupid when I requested an inspection on a new car. Isn’t that his job? Not to question me, but to complete the needed request.

This auto shop is right by my workplace. They allow you to drop off your car before work and pick it up when you get off work, making it massively convenient for me. They are always friendly, prices seem reasonable, they didn't try to up sell me on anything, and they get the job done right every time I have gotten my oil changed there.

I was in Birmingham for the day and caught a flat on 65 south, I went one auto shop they told me it would be 2 hrs before they could get to it, I called Goodyear and Danny told me to come over and it would only take 40 mins, Jason was super friendly and didn’t make me feel as though I was getting taken advantage of being that I was a woman by myself. I walked the 5 mins to my appointment and when I had returned it was all ready to go, I highly recommend them.

These types of automotive places are all pricey, but this one has a great manager and they've always treated me fairly. So far everything they've fixed was actually fixed, which is miraculous compared to other automotive experiences I've had. They have a busy shop with plenty of customers. I've had brakes done, general maintenance, tire purchases and engine work over the past 5 years at this location.

I purchase a battery at this location for 225.00 . I went to advanced auto parts to pickup the battery myself.i was surprised to find out it only cost 130.00 . The salesman double charge me for a silver instead of a gold brand. After I pay this off I will never set foot in a good year store again. I've been a good year customer all my life , but no more. It was the store located on Birmingham southside.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They wouldn't help me because it was an hour before they closed. I was also an almost 2 hours away from home with my elderly parents. My father was in pain from a procedure he had a UAB.
