The easiest 5 star review to leave.. greatly appreciate their stewardship & follow-up after my repair was complete on my 2020 Defender to make sure things were working well. Hopefully I'll never have to have an auto repair again but if I do, at least I know exactly where to go with my Land Rover..

Duffys has the most professional group of people for Range Rover products and service in this area. They have seen it all and have the mechanics capable of repairing your Rover.
We have been going to them for more than 5 years and appreciate that they don't overcharge.

Was stuck in Birmingham after my Jaguar broke down. Guys at the shop went out of the way to help me out based on the expertise when another shop was having difficulty resolving my issue. Great customer service.

I bought my LR5 new in 2018 and always have it serviced at the B’ham dealership. Frustrated about how far out I had to be scheduled for a diagnostic because my Discovery was making a strange metallic rattle noise (the LR tech had no idea what I was describing over the phone was) I decided to call Duffy’s (google search). When I called, the tech who answered the phone knew exactly what I was describing and scheduled me to come in that same week. Once I was there, I waited in the cool customer/employee area for less than an hour while they repaired my vehicle.I also asked them to check my front brakes and rotors for an estimate as I had been told the month prior while having my rear brakes and rotors replaced at Mavis (Pelham) that I needed them replaced asap but Mavis needed to order the OEM rotors. The tech at Duffy’s said they had plenty of life left on them and that I didn’t need to replace them, he said he would look at them again when I came in for my next maintenance service.The charged me a very reasonable fee, we’re honest and informative on what scheduled service my vehicle would need and when and gave me the price for the service… also very reasonable. I’ve found my forever LR maintenance/repair shop, thanks guys!

Duffy’s garage has the best customer service experience from setting the appointment, to drop off and pick up. I have taken my Range Rover supercharge to them for years. Every issue I’ve had was addressed and completed in a timely manner. Brad always give me a call to communicate what the issues are and advise me or my husband on what is needed and what he recommends. As long as I own my RR Duffy’s will be my go to mechanic.

Duffy's are some amazing group of people. Very helpful and knowledgeable and super friendly. I have never had a problem getting my car seeing about and services. With duffys you make one phone call and they got you set up and ready to go. The drop off is super convenient for those who don't want to wait. However if you have to they are very accurate with their time. Also the value of their service is very reasonable price and if there is something they can't do they will refer you to a solid specialist who can.

So, I'm owning a Land Rover for the first time - I bought a 2015 LR4 in November 2021 to let my daughter use over winter break. My thought was that I could sell to a 16-year old near our high school for pretty much what I had in it. It all went fine - I replaced the battery and alternator - and then I had a dead car one night after work. "Gear Box not in Park" was the message. The next day by some miracle, it started and on the recommendation of multiple neighbors, I took it to Duffy's. Long story short, due to parts and shipping issues it took a couple of weeks but they replaced the gearbox with a rebuilt version. It was $1100, including the 144K mile service. Brad was patient and they followed up regularly to report progress - I appreciate their expertise for sure. They are located on 1st Avenue South in Avondale, so super convenient. I'll definitely go back for maintenance. Nice guys and a cool location.

I was referred to Duffys by Range Rover Birmingham. I called and was told that I needed an appointment. Made the appointment waited 2 days and called and checked the progress...no progress. The guy processed to tell me they don't work on RR over 150k..especially if they haven't done prior work. Then I explained to him that I travel for work and took off to have this work done...because I work on the road. Another week passes haven't heard from them..I then call and he tells me they don't feel comfortable working on my truck. Smh...tf? Totally wasted my time and I lost money.
