This dealership felt like I was visiting an old friend. I wasn’t ignored or overlooked. I parked, got out and was pleasantly greeted by two of the kindest people ever met. Krys Winston and Avery Blackall. They made me feel like I had pulled up at the Chick Fil A of dealerships. So attentive and friendly. They didn’t pressure me or force me into anything. In a world where a lot of professionals are out of touch with good customer service, Krysta (Candy Girl) has restored my faith in that category! My entire experience was nothing short of amazing. My experience was amazing all thanks to Krysta Winston. When I came in she greeted me at the door and made sure I was accommodated the whole time which made everything much better. I did not get a car this time but I know when I come back I know who to definitely come to for all my car needs.

I recently visited Stivers to take a look into potentially getting a new Bronco. I was met at the door by Bailey Lapinsky. I thought he was going to be another salesperson that tried to force a vehicle on me. But no, he took the time to listen and understand exactly what I wanted. Very friendly and personable, I recommend anyone thinking about stopping by to ask for him!

i went in as a first time buyer just to look around and bailey was the one to come up to me and help me. he was so helpful and very kind. very patient as i asked a bunch of questions and had all the right answers. one of the best workers i’ve ever met!! he’s definitely the guy to go to when looking for your car!
