Darwin and his staff is awsome, They went above and beyond what would be expected as normal. We had a unique problem and they would not give up on fixing it. Will definitely recommend them as the best for your automotive needs.

Darwin always takes great care of our auto repair needs and goes above and beyond. Most honest repair shop I'm aware of and I can't see myself going anywhere else for our family's auto repair needs. All of his staff is great also. I'd give extra stars if it were possible. You won't regret using Whitlow's Automotive.Service: Vehicle safety inspection

So .... He told me the new serpentine belt was too short.... I know that's a lie because I'm stranded right now and I measured the old belt against the new one he didn't bother to install....Ruined my day, my night, and I won't make it to my meeting at the National Weather Service.....

April 2022 by Casey Benefield (Think A Little)
Summary: Do I recommend this place? Yep!What was broken: My car was making a "AHHRRGH!!" sound, which was coming from the area where the serpentine belt is. I thought it was the serpentine belt, so I bought a kit with the belt, tensioners, idlers....BUT in reality, the tensioner was the culprit, and the fastener broke off in there. They fixed it, and there was honestly no way I could have possibly done this fix on my own. What it was like:Mr. Whitlow really came through for us, strangers to him, when he really didn't have to, when we were in a major pickle. Faster turnaround time than I could have expected too. I'm going to remember that for a long time, and find a way to repay that kindness to us. :)I talked to Mr.Whitlow when I dropped my Dodge Journey off, and I was quite impressed. First time in a LONG time I've seen an oscilloscope being used in car repair to check signaling. They strike me as a shop who actually diagnoses an issue, instead of 'shotgunning parts' at the problem.History:I talked to my dad today, and told him about this shop. He told me that years ago, he had transmission work done at this shop, on a maroon/brown colored, rusty El Camino... with quite a beastly engine under the hood, which had belonged to my dad's sister that passed away. I was between 7-9 years old, I think. I'm 36 now. This family business was good way back then, and is good today.Thank you. We'll certainly be bringing our vehicles to you.Service: Engine repair

The owner knew what was wrong when I drove up to the lot. He said I was running only on 3 cylinders. He is very friendly and professional. I was very pleased when I left with the work and how nice and helpful he was. Definitely will go back for my repair needs!
