If you want great customer service, come here. Prices are also the most competitive in the area. Most things are equal to or slightly less than what you'd pay from an online store (when you factor in shipping, tax, and age verification costs/signature delivery). Brad is a great guy and has always been professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He's always taken the time to explain a new product if I have any questions. I never take the time to write reviews, but I felt it was truly deserved in this case. Being in QA/QC myself, I can appreciate a company that stands behind it's products and resolves issues quickly. I just want to say a big thank you to the guys and gals at Vape Escape Bessemer for taking care of the customers!

They have a really great selection here and friendly staff. I was impressed to see a lot of things I had been told by all of my local shops were either discontinued or impossible to get. Only bad thing I can say is that I overheard a conversation in which he was explaining stuff to some older people wanting to transition from smoking he gave some misinformation. Vape shop employees really should all be well versed in the research and health effects (in the pros vs cons smoking vs vaping arena) in order to be able to properly educate people. But, if they aren’t they should recommend people to do their own research - which you always should anyways. Not a huge deal for me but it did make me nervous because the more educated the staff and owner are the less likely they are to keep products in stock with bad additives or chemicals.

I’ve had a great experience every time Ive been. The employees are always very nice and knowledgeable. Also a great place for delta 8 fans. I definitely recommend.

I just got back from this place and WHOA!!!! I bought a vape a day ago, tried to use it, wouldn't work so I took it back today. I don't know names but I explained it to the guy waiting on me and puffs on it , after I did by the way, and then tells me it's working and tries to give it back! I complained but he wouldn't give me a new one! Then he asked me if there was something wrong with me when he realized he put his lips on the vape AFTER ME! Nerve! I'll never go back to another one!

Always have what i need and always very friendly staff willing to help soon as you walk in. Oh, and i was able to return a faulty mod. owner was most willing to work with me. Recommend this place to anyone.wait, one more thing. I dont smoke but they now have legal weed!! Low THC levels but i hear it still gets the job done!! K, all done now. You can all resume back to your normal activities!! Later taters!!
