I had such a wonderful experience at this location. The gentleman that assisted me was very professional, patient, well knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing step by step. His name was Jared. Also, the store closed at 8pm, but we didn't finish until after 9pm. Did I mention that he was the only person working that evening and handled the store (customers)like a Pro...Jared for Manager!! Best Customer Service!! Ask for Jared and tell him Deana sent you.lol

Shoutout to Jake who works in the Auburn Verizon store on South College. He was the best help and really cares about his customers! I’ve had some issues with my phone and he has given the best customer service I’ve ever had making sure I got everything taken care of and had lots of patience. He made the process of getting a new phone so easy and he definitely deserves a raise after how much he helped. Thank you Jake for all the help! Go find Jake from Verizon in Auburn if you ever need help with your phone!

Jared made this process so easy! Never had a better experience with customer service until today. He made sure everything was understood and had no problems answering questions. Everyone else in the store was helpful as well.

Mayah was amazing! If you go to Verizon, you should ask to work with her! She was so accommodating and helpful during my time in the store. We had some challenges with my phone and she was very helpful! I really appreciate her and her help!

Nakya, in the Auburn, AL store, was phenomenal! She even stayed 30 minutes past closing to ensure that everything had transferred and was working properly! She was friendly, cordial, and knows what she's doing. Nadya was approachable and provided genuine customer service. Her trainee, Maya, was also very helpful and kind when an elderly gentleman came in to pay his bill and another gentleman came in with issues with another carrier. That didn't matter! Both representatives assisted the gentleman and a purchase was even made! I am so glad I visited their location today (6/17/2023)! Well done Nakya and Maya!

Took care of me promptly. Came in looking for the series 8 Apple Watch. Found it in the exact color I was wanting. I wanted this specific watch due to my heart conditions and it has the ECG function! Which is very conducive for keeping track of long term heart health. You can even export the pdf straight to your doctor. Which is another reason I was so adamant about this particular watch. The staff knew that was important to me and made sure they found exactly what I needed. Thank you for that and for a wonderful experience.

Fantastic customer service! Terry was a lifesaver! He transferred my old cell data to my new cell phone, put on a screen protector, and hooked me up with accessories for the new S23. As well as a little problem-solving. All that within an hour or a tad under!! The cost was extremely reasonable. I left feeling completely satisfied and confident that things were done correctly. If I had discovered issues later, which I didn't, all I had to do was return to that location and ask for him or schedule an appointment.I highly recommend this Verizon location. All the employees were busy working to help customers. Plus we were welcomed with a friendly greeting and asked what are needs were and directed to the next available Salesperson. We didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes. We didn't have an appointment. But it is recommended as the store can become quite busy. ????

We live in Dothan Alabama, and we HATE both of our stores. You walk in and they are RUDE! They act like it is all they can do to wait on you, or take your hard earned money. If I’m not mistaken, I’m the customer. My sister-in-law just drove to Eufaula to get one. I waited until I went to visit my son in AU, to buy mine. We are NEVER going back to Verizon in Dothan.

Mayah was so helpful in helping me upgrade my phone and she had such a great attitude. She helped me pick out a new service plan to that fits my family and all of the streaming services that we use on our phones.
