I saw a pair of shoes here yesterday that were on sale. We didn’t see them at another store today so we raced back to buy them before closing. The store was supposed to close in the mall at 6 but when we got there at 5:23pm, the gate was down and they were closed. I’m disappointed and won’t be coming back because we live an hour away.

Had to swap a pair shoes at this location. Very easy experience. The Columbus location did not have the shoes in stock to swap out so they called this location and had them do a 48 hour. Went it swapped out the shoes. Easy transaction.

Great selection of shoes with great customer service. Caleb recommended some good running/gym shoes and was very helpful.

Don't waste your time . The associate was on the phone with home office doing inventory. He wouldn't put them on hold to check us out . We stood there about 15 minutes. He told me he didn t know how long it would be before he could check us out.

This is a very bad place to work for, and the management was horrible. Coworker was admitted to hospital because she was worked to death. They are barely able to find shoes and the place is very dirty. I recommend it a 1/10!
