This store has more positive then negative. Goods are cheaper then other stores. It has lot of space inside and outside,you can easily make social distance. I love buying food here. But, know that you MUST have its own store card even for enter.Another this I never have positive experience with Sam’s club gas. I won’t use from even-if cheaper.

Couldn't even get in to get gas as the only lane with diesel was filled with vehicles getting regular gas and line was backed out in to street. We were pulling a cargo trailer so never could make it across without blocking the entire street. Need to hire someone from Chick Fil a drive through to get that mess straightened out!

So happy to say I had a very good experience. A very nice employee helped me find all the items I was looking for and explained the difference in the items. Was such a nice experience in this day and time.

Definitely love shopping at Sam's Club! Seems they were already out of alot of Halloween items today, so that was disappointing but it is 10 days away. Always get a snack bar item on the way out. Kind of upset they no longer offer onions for the hotdogs! Best hotdogs ever...they should at least put out some pre-packed onions. I think they probably sell them in bulk. But it won't stop me from buying my combos lol

I appreciate Sams being here. They have ok prices and ok quality.But it is so unorganized and mismanaged. Soda machines work sometimes and they run out of hot pizza frequently. Regular products disappear for days at a time and limmited selection.I am at the point where it is worth it for me to drive the extra 30 minutes to Costco in Montgomery.

Plus Club membership has proven to be worth the price just for me and my husband, especially when you factor in Rx drugs, glasses, and contacts. I also find Member Mark products to be comparable in quality to name brands but at lower price. The Auburn store is clean, bathrooms are well maintained, and I rarely have to to wait in line at checkout. The reasons I knocked off one star (and this is based on observations before COVID-19)..fresh produce is definitely a hit or a miss; you have to check the fresh sale dates; and many of our favorite products are no longer carried but still manufactured.

Is your store no longer opening at 7 am for customers with a Sam's Plus card? I visited your store today at 7:20 am and the doors were locked and had to go to a competitor to shop. If you are no longer offering early hours for your Sam's Plus card members please notify them so they do not waste their time going to the store during hours it is not open. Thank you!

I love this Sam's Club I have been going here for as long as I can remember and the people have always been kind. The shelves seem to never be empty. Except in the frozen section where there is ocationaly the empty shelf but over all very clean and easygoing.

Sams is in a great location by Academy. Very big place and a great selection of merchandise. Easy to get to. I love shopping here.
