I made an appointment for wheel alignment four days in advance. I waited 1.5 hours for the service team to tell me they could not do the service I requested because "alot of front end problems" when I asked why they can't do the alignment the service person was very non transparent and said they need to charge me 200 dollars because they can't tell me what the estimate is because the mechanic needs an hour to figure it out although I had already been there an 1.5 hours. The service person was very short told me the key was in the car and I can leave now but they can't help me today to get to the next step. Basically I felt like they were like "don't let the door hit you on the way out" A complete waste of time and I would not recommend the place.

I had been casually looking for a new car for a couple of months when I came across Lynch Toyota. I decided to drop by one afternoon last week just to look, but found exactly what I was looking for so I had to jump on it! I can’t thank the staff at Lynch Toyota enough. I purchased a new Toyota Venza in March 2024. I was impressed with the lifetime warranty and Saferide coverage which was offered with new cars. Two weeks ago a rock hit my windshield and have a small chip now. This repair should be covered by the "saferide policy". I am extremely disappointed in the service I have received. I have called and left messages 5 times (three with the Financial manager Wayne Smith and one with the general manager and one with the sales manager). This has been over the past 10 days (plenty of time to return a phone call). I even went to the service department in person and was told by Amanda that the only person who can help with the Saferide policy is Wayne Smith. Amanda even told me she would place a written note on Wayne's desk. Toyota uses an outside glass repair shop and Amanda told me Wayne would call me and take of everything. I have not heard back from anyone. If I had know that the service received at this dealership was so poor I would not have purchased this car at this dealership.
