Please for the love of God, please do not eat at Little Caesar's on 1621 SOUTH COLLEGE STREET AUBURN,AL 36832. We only go there because the kids love the cheese sticks there. I bought my family some food from there and when I was eating with my two kids, my oldest took a bite out of her cheese stick and found a staple inside her food. It cut her lip just a little bit but ended up spitting it out. I ended up calling customer service to let them know. I was assured I will get a call from the manager and get my refund. So later I get a call from the manager Tony Moyer. He tried to act sympathetic about the situation but won't take accountability that the staple was done by his employees. It felt like he was accusing me of putting the staple in my own daughters food. I told him that he was wrong and need to take accountability of his workers leaving nasty objects in my food and he then began to question my morals and asked me what I did for a living to switch it around. Tony Moyer has no right asking personal questions regarding my life and questioning me like I put the staple in my own food. I hope this message gets across Little Caesars corporation and handle this cause this was so unprofessional and very wrong. Also he told me that he was not going to refund my money when clearly the conversation didn't go his way cause I didn't accept his half way apology. NEVER EATING THERE AGAIN!!

Shoutout to Kassidy for making THE BEST STUFFED CRUST WITH BACON ON IT EVER! This has got to be the best Little Caesars in the Lee County area. Even when swamped the food had been consistently good. Thank y’all for all your hard work!

For it to supposedly "hot and ready"every time i go there it's always a 10 minute or more wait for food even if you are just trying to get one pizza. Do not recommend going to this spot if you want your pizza without the wait

Hell no, never again. Stale, bland and unacceptable pizza. I can understand I'm only spending 9$ on a pizza but did the staff really had to make a 2$ pizza?? It was the worst.

I am a 10yr Combat Veteran and I come into this shop atleast once a week. Just wanted to say how good a job the manager Dan does at keeping the store. It's always crazy busy but Dan has his team rolling like a well oiled machine. Other store managers should take notes from him. Despite how crazy busy they are the store is clean, employees ate focused and on point, he is on the line slinging pizzas with his team and I can tell they really respect him. I never have any issues with my food until recently I received the wrong pizza. Dan took care of me and treated me like a VIP, as he does everyone. Needless to say I will continue my business here at this store. Dan should be the standard across all your stores. Promote ahead of peers.

waited inside the store for over 20 minutes & didn’t receive a pizza when i asked about how long they keep saying “ 8 minutes “ & i was told the store manager was outside the store on the phone .i wouldn’t recommend , & i got my refund.

Went in to make an order for around 24 dollars..one lady (so called manager plus the "manager" who took my order) told the lady that took my order that so and so had the till under his name. Manager or not if training that till needs to be changed first of all. Maybe that's how they do business....I proceed. I make my order and she said she can't break a $100....what! It is dinner time and you can't break a 100. Roger ....go back to my car. I get to the back of the line. Ma'am. Can you break a $50 so I don't waste time in the line with 2 more people in front of me now....mind you. Talking to a "manager" no we can take usually more than a 20! The hell. ...first of all write that big as hell on your doors. And what the hello kitty. Are yall serious. Can't even break a 50. For a more than 20 dollar order. And the first manager fixed her hair in a pony tail around the pizza in the back and but on a net....around the pizza. Never washing her hands. Never a f****** again. I am a veteran and always show respect and trust people but there was no respect or customer service there. At all. Should be less than one but 1 star was the only option
