Very professional customer service. Sierra and Adriona have took the time to help my husband purchase a beautiful wedding ring. I have also referred friends that have provided positive feedback. Definitely will be returning !!!

The manger Sierra did so good with an assisting me in finding the perfect necklace for my mom’s birthday. If you are going to buy from Kay’s in auburn I would highly suggest asking for Sierra.

Customer service at this store is terrible!I had co workers purchase Christmas gifts there as well last week and they both had warranty’s added to their purchase without their consent.

Pay close attention to your charges. I purchased a white gold chain to go with a pendant of mine to give as a gift to my daughter. During all the hustle and bustle, listening tentatively to Sarah’s (sales associate who helped me) story about a ring her grandmother gave her, getting my pendant cleaned, and having my granddaughter with me - I paid little attention to my receipt at the time. When I got home I noticed an additional $74.99 charge. I called the store. They said it was for a warranty purchase. Sarah wasn’t available at the time. I went in the next day to question this and get a refund. Both Sarah and the manager were not available to talk to me. I got the refund. I followed up with two emails to Sarah questioning her about it. You see - we never even discussed any warranty. Sarah without my knowledge or consent charged me FOR A WARRANTY. The charge was 31% of the cost of the chain. I have never received an explanation or apology from Sarah or the manager. So BUYER BE AWARE.I would be more than happy to delete this review for a simple explanation and apology from Sarah and the manager. That’s all I am asking.

Ring was half a size bigger than what I asked for. When I took it back a few days later for a resizing, they tried charging me $100 (for a $400 ring). Took it to Jewelry By Design and they only charged me $40 for the resizing.

Walked in, knew what I wanted, but was ignored. To be fair, got the same treatment at Marks and Morgan across the mall, but just doesn't make sense to show up for a job, and then ignore people that are trying to give you money. Stood there for a solid five minutes, but the employees where to engulfed in their personal conversations.

I ordered a custom pendent for my son's birthday. I was told I would be able to pick it up in 3 weeks. Here it is a month later and I am told it is going to talk longer then I was told when I paid for this jewelry. I would have never bought the pendent from there if I would have known this is how things work at this store. I was lied to to make a sell. I do not advise anyone to shop here or to order anything from here. I wish I could just get my money back however my son is really looking forward to it. I will never shop here again. I will drive to Atlanta and shop anywhere but Kay's Jewelers.
