Worst rental place I’ve ever dealt with!!! Booked a reservation and had to wait over two hours to even get the rental, then was told they couldn’t take or accept our credit card because they don’t accept that kind of card even though it doesn’t state that on the website. Called corporate but of course all they say is if you want to make a complaint you have to submit one online instead of talking to someone. Worst rental company ever!!! Stay Away

My oil change light came on along with low tire pressure and no wiper fluid ontop of that the sales associate was only trying to make the situation more difficult I look forward to doing business with your company In the future just hope the customer service is more understanding and of higher caliber on my next trip, Thank you.

I have rented cars from this location several times in last 4 months and have had a good experience. Even when extremely busy, the staff is always courteous and helpful.Good job!

Unfortunately my car decided to have issues and had to be towed to the dealership which sucked because I needed to get back and forth to school. At first I was having issues getting a rental, but then a miracle came through. Kiron was able to get me something the same day that I needed something. We highly recommend him!

I made a reservation to rent a car for holidays and they just said there's no car available the day before I leave. And when I called them, they just seemed do nothing to fix this problem. I've used Hertz rental cars for many years but this location is the worst.

I reserved a rental car with this location, I got there and they told me that they were sold out already even though I had reserved this vehicle. Both of the gentleman there were not nice about and didn't try to help me find another vehicle or another place to go to. Or even a phone call saying they didnt have any vehicle so i didnt waste my gas and time. Won't be renting a car here again. Very disappointed

Not sure I can blame the local people, but had a confirmed car reservation for this morning and went to pick it up to find out they had ZERO cars available. They said they have contacted the corporate office and they don't seem to do anything about it. I called Hertz and of course found it nearly impossible to get to a real human being, and when I did couldn't do anything about it. I rented from Hertz for over 30 years and they used to be a decent company. Stay away!

Booked a car online today..or at least that's what I was told on the website.So I paid someone to take me to Hertz.Only to be told upon my arrival that they didn't have any cars available for rental...so not only did I not get the rental car I was told I had reserved..I also lost the money it cost me to pay for a trip there and back. Worst rental place ever...what a joke!service..every..what a joke

Unreliable - had 16 cars on the lot and allowed 54 reservations to be booked online (knowing what they had in stock) - We booked the reservation in advance (giving them plenty of time to reach out to tell us they couldn't fulfill our request and giving us an opportunity to make a reservation at another place) but waited till morning of, 10 minutes before we were supposed to pick up the car, to tell us there is nothing they could do. Now no places in Auburn have cars available and we have to cancel our trip. I find that very disrespectful.

It’s like everyone hates their job and projects it onto the customer. They can’t wait to get you out of their building so you can stand outside and wait while they run a quick vacuum through it at the front door. Here’s your clean car - now goodbye. The customer service is like a movie where you walk in and a guy comes out from behind another door like he just woke up scratching his head and eating a sloppy burger saying “can I help you”. It’s bad. I can’t believe this is actually Hertz that is supposed to be a top-notch car rental agency.

I am so beyond happy with Hertz at this location!!! I am always treated with the friendliest service!! They do whatever they can to accommodate my needs!! If you are used to renting at an airport with rude agents and no upgrades etc, then this is the place for you to rent from now on! Everyone there has always been nothing but kind, considerate, and amusing!!! I love this place!! Staff is so nice and I always leave with a smile on my face no matter what car I get. Treat them well because their job can be stressful and you will tap into the greatest staff I've ever seen at a car rental place!!!!

Waste of time was not accepted as a customer because I have a debit card and no credit card. They will only accept credit cards. You would think a debit card that gets direct deposited every week would be more sufficient than a credit card that would be forgotten about. Don’t waste your time ppl

Why do I have to call them multiple times to get a point across? What, too busy for your lunch break? You guys seriously that busy? Nah. I'm just dumbfounded to see clerks hurry to leave a call because they're ready to bounce off. Who the heck pays you? Jared, needs a promotions but others, idk. I want better service.
