My spouse fainted after the vaccination. The pharmacist was very helpful to provide comfort and care until my spouse is fully recovered. My young child got used to visits to "doctors" always end with a sticker. The staff at check-out overheard us explaining to our child that there is no sticker today. That staff called us back to give our child a sticker. These kind of care is what makes CVS our favourite pharmacy. Thank you to both the pharmacist and the check-out staff!

Jenny is the manager who wears the big smile. All she does is smile, help customers, and work.

Everyone seems to like working here and it shows based on how they handle customer service! Very understanding in pharmacy and lots of deals, care-passes are genuinely worth it here.

jenny’s the realest. love the atmosphere and it is actually clean and organized. the bad reviews for this store are actual jokes and it’s very clear THEY are the problem, not the staff here just trying to do their jobs ??

They simply don't care, no compassion and horrible customer service. I'm never using them again!

They have a terrible pharmacy. I first asked to add some flavor and pharmacy attendant said can not. Naturally, kid did not like it. When came back , they found million reasons not to add flavor.

Staff is not friendly and are not clear with what they are giving you. I was not aware my insurance didn’t cover the prescription that was sent in and instead of telling me they couldn’t fill it because of that reason I was told “there were no other prescriptions filled for me” and I had to ask for further information and the man behind the counter acted as if it was a huge burden for him to have to look into it for me. I then asked for a refund for the prescription that was given to me that I did not need and even though he had JUST handed it to me he said he could not refund me which I know was not true he just did not want to deal with having to do it. He also told me the prescription I needed would be over $300 without my insurance covering which is like totally incorrect and I was able to find it at Walmart for like $10.Overall HORRID customer service and this pharmacy is already WAY over priced as is. Changing over to Walmart for good.

I pulled up to the CVS pharmacy window tonight at 7:54. The window was already shut down so I immediately went inside and got behind another customer to pick up my child's prescription. I had stood in line for at least 5 minutes when at 8:01 pm, Marcus, the pharmacist, decided to notice me and tell me they are now closed. I spend thousands a year at this CVS and this is the first unprofessional treatment I've encountered in the 15 years I've faithfully used this location.Update: If I could change my rating to a zero stars, I would. Marcus is still terrible and unhelpful. I asked for a nasal spray, he told me they didn't carry it... And my 75 yr old mom ended up finding the exact product I asked about. I honestly think he does not want to do more than the bare minimum.

Customers for nearly 28 years. The service has very good even though the staff has been strained at times by budget cuts.

DO NOT use this CVS's pharmacy. I understand that places are understaffed, but this pharmacy was just awful. I use many CVS's all over, and I've never been treated so badly. I had to get some prescriptions transferred to this CVS and SAINAUTH KAMATH answered the phone extremely rude. He only answered me if I asked him a yes or no question. He was very short, and he shoved my request off and then hung up in my face. So, I assumed it was because they were overworked that he was rude with me, so I came in ,because I was STILL UNSURE IF THEY EVEN TRANSFERRED MY INFO BC IT WAS NEVER CONFIRMED,I tried to give him another chance by saying "Hey how are you?" as a greeting and he just stared at me. Then I said "So you're doing good I guess?" And he just rolled his eyes. Then, once I told him who I was he interrupted and said "we're working on it." So I told him I didn't want him to make it anymore and I'd go back to the CVS on college street. He said "just call them then." And I said "okay have a great day" and walked out. No one there cared about how they treated me , or did their job efficiently. I need my prescriptions, and I still don't have it because of them. I've transferred my prescriptions many of times, so I know they can do it over the phone quickly, but instead he said "I'll call them." Then hung up in my face. I don't think anyone without manners or customer service skills should be handling anyone's health/medication.

Been using this pharmacy for almost 20 years. Although service did decline some when corporate cut back staff and hours, overall still a great pharmacy/store. Super friendly.
