I hadn’t been to a Belk before visiting this one. As a chain, I’ll say that Belk appears to have an interesting and unusual selection of clothing compared to most mid tier department stores. However, this was not a well kept store. There were many empty shelves, and those shelves that were stocked in the men’s section generally had a poor selection of sizes. Some aisles were strewn with clothing. If I didn’t know any better, I’d think this store was on the verge of going out of business. The store also starts closing an hour earlier than the rest of the mall, which is disappointing.
