Bought a gray recliner sofa and loved it! Unfortunately, the material started shredding. We had the extended warranty, so had the reclimwr sofa replaced. The young woman that helped deceived us by giving us one that was not rated for 350 lbs. This newer one, had less then a year, has broke on one side. We had to take it in so the tech could look at it. Was very surprised that the tech said there was nothing wrong with it but wear and tear. Needless to say, they won't do anything about it so the couch went to a thrift store. Hopefully, this won't happen to others.

We bought a couch in May 2023. In July 2023, a hinge stripped out. We contacted Badcock about the warranty we bought. After multiple visits, “corporate” said the tech creates his own schedule. My wife picks up my daughter from school at 12 which requires her to leave at 1130. The “only appointment” that is available is 1130-1. They can’t guarantee a 1230-1 arrival time which would allow her to make it back home. We also gave authorization to complete the repair with no one home. They are still refusing to show up after months of the part “being on back order.” Refund me my warranty cost or get out here and fix this immediately.

I’ve been waiting since July 22nd (first technician arrived) with no solution in sight. The schedule is “set by corporate” and my wife picks up my daughter from school from 1130-1230. They refuse to set any other appointment other than 11-1. I’ve even authorized them to complete the work with noone home. Do not waste your money on the warranty. We would have returned the couch during the “trial period” had I known this is how it works. Unacceptable.

Badcock don't honor their warranty,We purchase an dining room set with leather seat's,I called to let them know two of my seats was fading,I was told they wasn't covered under warranty only the table,I will not be purchasing my furniture here in the future

Tiffany at the Auburn branch is great!!! She is very polite and informative about the different items sold. She is very helpful and patient and she make sure you are satisfied from the beginning of the proposed sale to the very end. She is not pushy her customer service skills is great. She takes her time to explain your payments and due dates actually. Even when you talk to her on phone she never rush through the conversation and even while on the phone she polite and professional. Thank you so much Ms. Tiffany!!!

Will not be shopping at the Auburn store. Went to the Valley store and was able to purchase what I wanted. The Valley store was extremely helpful and friendly.
