  Called about a husky living in a really small confined area 24/7 and was told that along as there is "shelter" there is nothing they can do. Even though the dog is living in dirt and feces, has no space to run, is always alone and one of the dogs has already died.

  If I could rate zero stars, I would. The lady on the phone was super rude and seemed like she didn't want to do her job. It's apparently too hard to call something in or do some paperwork.
