“I wrote Wal-Mart Corporate about an issue after giving them a one star review earlier. I was called almost almost immediately by Meredith. She was so friendly and thanked me for my feedback. She asked for specific information and promised to straighten a particular product and ensure they would be in stock on an item. She also told me to call and ask for her if a particular area in the store needed attention in the future. She ensured me they would get the area in neat and orderly condition before I left the store. I was very impressed with how thankful she was for my business.”
