PLEASE DON'T GIVE YOUR MONEY..THEY WILL PUT U IN A BAD CAR WITH SALVAGED TITLES....ONCE THEY GET YOUR MONEY..ITS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THERE ON AND PLEASE DONT USE THEIR MECHANIC SHOP MY $200 SHOES WERE STOLEN FROM THERE AND MY CAR WAS SITTING RIGHT IN THEIR PARKING LOT IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING

This place is not worth the headache at . They don’t handle problems with the cars they’ll have you waiting for forever for parts or either steady ordering wrong parts . I highly don’t recommend NOBODY getting a car from this place . If I could get my money back I would def go buy a car some where else and not HERE !

Was buying a 5th wheel from here and living in it. We missed 1 payment & he sent the same crackhead that towed it down for us to repo it. Our payments were 850/month and they were telling us we needed $2000 for the "tow truck driver" to put it down. Was going to charge $300 for the "tow truck" which turned out to be a beat up truck with 2 dope heads. The RV was crap. We had to replace the hot water heater, over $1000, the 1st month we got it. There was a leak that we paid for someone to come out and find thankfully didn't get around to him coming to fix it too. All of their campers are in bad shape. DO NOT buy from them unless you can plug everything in&check it. Even then be very careful. You can either come here and pay thousands for a rig plus thousands to fix it or you can get new for thousands and not have to immediately fix things. Soft floors, leaks in the roof, leaks in the storage area, God forbid you miss 1 payment. The dope heads only gave me time to get my essentials like clothes&food. I had just decorated for Christmas so all that's probably broken. I will be taking video&photos because I had took pics to send my mom the same day they towed it. From other reviews I've read I'll most likely have to hire a lawyer about my stuff. If you've already bought from them, good luck to you.

I financed a 2018 star craft camper through them I was almost done paying the camper off and was traveling for work that week so we were in Florida working. we left and got groceries came back to our camper missing. We called them the next day asking why did they repo it and the main manager yelled at me and said I had 72 hours to get my "shit" or it was going in the dumpster he then hung up on me. I drive 6 and a half hours back to get my stuff to find out all my guns, medicines, and baby stuff was stolen! I then told them and they said the repo company says there wasn't anything moved in the camper? So not only did they repo the camper for no reason a bunch of my stuff got stolen! Between the customer service and crappy attitudes I wouldn't shop here ever again! We're out over 10,000 and all we were able to do was contact a lawyer. And report the stolen items.

My child needed a car so she could deliver mail so that means she had to drive on the passenger side. We test drove a 2017 Jeep but before we could test drive it had to be jumped off battery was dead. The tires were bald different tires all the way around the keep..They wanted 800 dollars a month for that 2017..I told them I got a 2021 Rav 4 and my payments ain't that and mine car was brand new when I got it had 4 miles on it..My daughter has a brand new 2022 Toyota Camry and car note ain't that..6,000 down he said would drop the payment to 700 a month..Nope we left they will never be able to sale thier cars cause they are needy and greedy..

This place is not worth the headache. I had them to do our taxes and they didn't file the state taxes and screwed us on the federal taxes. Repoed my car, I contacted them the same say about my personal belongings, the female secutary told me I had 10 days. It wasn't even 10 days later and all my stuff was thrown out! I will not recommend this place to anyone. Not to mention I witnessed how rude they are to other customers first hand. They put you on mute and talk about you like a dirty dog.

Went in to pay cash money for an RV for my mother. The woman in the front was not even willing to help. She was very rude. But that's ok. This company isn't interested in making money. Customer service is not what it use to be. We found another place in Oxford Al and they got 30,000 in Cash instead.

Awesome group of people they are! I bought my RV from them during the pandemic. The folks there are very courteous and will fill-in the answers to your questions. Since this is a buy here pay here place and if you have the down payment then you can have yourself a nice little weekender camper or a permanent full-timer home. I'm a long term full-time RV'er and if you want or need an RV and like most other folks have a hard time getting approved for RV financing then this is the place to go. Tip: worried about leaks? Go shopping and do the RV walkthroughs when it's raining so you can spot any leaks. Awesome group of people and very nice and helpful. Also, when you refer a customer to them you will get a customer referral bonus that can be applied as credit to your bill therefore putting hard earned money back into your pockets so if anybody reads this and are going to buy an RV, do yourself a favor and buy through Riteway Auto Sales then please mention my name for the customer referral bonus: Sondra and Donald Talmadge. Have a great RV experience and thanks for being a team player!

Riteway has been great to me. Affordable and helpful when needed. The vehicle I bought from them broke down and Bri helped me into another vehicle and had the other one towed. (She is the best!)

Went to Riteway on South Quintard. I looked at a Honda Accord that Kelly Blue Booked between 1100 and 2200. Well it was wrecked in front missing grill, needed tires, had an exhaust leak and had a stall coming up to speed also needed a wash and detailed badly. Making it as ranged between 1100 and 2200 It had 191,000 miles on it, the low end it would run and fired up really well.but had enough body damage with the sputter 1100 1200. The woman working there said the owner is who sets the asking price well he wanted 10,999. Sean Dukes is the owner and is obviously at the very least in my opinion a crooked predatory price gauging swindler. DO NOT go to Riteway Auto sales. If facing hard times and are forced to go there to be taken advantage of by again in my opinion at the least mine, by owner Sean Dukes according to Bre the sales lady at the south Quintard location. Be sure to look up Kelly Blue book's pricing guide. And see it's true value. I wanna know who can have an opinion other than one similar if not no matching mine. Riteway Auto sales is a rip off obviously lacking any morality

I went to the car lot in Anniston to look at a vehicle to purchase. The least expensive vehicle they had for sale was a 2007 Honda Accord SE. The car has194,000 miles, front end damage and had trouble accelerating. The Kelley Blue Book value for the car was between $1,100 and $2,200 which is fair, but Riteway Auto Sales in Anniston Al wants $10,900. The audacity and immorality for them to expect people to pay 4× what their cars are worth was shocking. Do yourselves a favor and don't waste your time throwing away your hard earned money at this car lot.
