This was my 1st AND LAST time in this store. I had to pre-pay for gas since there was not an option at the pump. This was not an issue. I pre-paid $25 and pumped my gas and was on my way. Later, I was checking my charges and noticed that I was charged $25.94 for the gas instead of $25. I called the store and spoke to the same person who waited on me before (Krystal or something like that). She said that there was a charge for using a card. I told her that she should have said something when I paid using my card. She said that customers that shop there all know that there is a charge for using a card. Since this was my 1st time in that store, I told her that I did not know this and would have paid at the pump, but that was not an option. She said to me "if you have a problem with this store, you need to go somewhere else." I said ABSOLUTELY and that I wanted to speak to the manager/owner of the store. She immediately hung up on me and when I called back, she picked up and hung up again. How childish and RUDE is this??? Not very professional, but I guess when you hire TRASH, you get trashy service. I would not have had a problem if she would have told me up front. STAY AWAY from this store. I know I will!!!

I Wouldn’t Even Give 1 Star But I Have To Give Something To Leave A Review. They Charged Me To Swipe My Car To Get Gas. I Didn’t Get All That I Paid For, I’ve Called For 2 Weeks To Get My Money Back And Haven’t Heard Anything. Wouldn’t Recommend This Store To Anybody. Customer Service Is Trash!!
