I have been using Albertville Discount for over 10 years. They have been unfailingly kind and helpful. I seldom have a long wait, but when I do it is always because of them waiting on the physician. They have taken good care of me. Never a complaint here!!

It's disgusting that there's a nationwide shortage on a medication yet they will still tell people "yeah we have your medication but won't fill it since u haven't been here before". I certainly won't be going there to fill anything in the future! We have such a wonderful healthcare system! What a joke!

Worst customer service I have seen. If they are unable to fill a prescription for any reason you are not notified until you have wasted a drive there and waited in line. This happens even after being told it would never happen again because they would call. For good customer service with timely communication look elsewhere. If you enjoy wasted trips and fruitless waiting in line, this is your place.

Do not get your meds here! They are so unwelcoming and will yell at you when they made the mistake. It literally took 5 days and several calls for them to realize my Rx had been there the entire time. Then of course, more excuses! I can't imagine what you would have to go through if you if you recieved narcotics. You will only get your meds if they want you to have them and only then you may get some of them. They are the worst place in Marshall County to do business with. They're are two ladies that work the register that are very sweet and seem to genuinely like their job. Stop allowing these people treat you like you are beneath them. Report them to the state and document.
