I'm not sure if this location is the exact problem. I get my speciality medicine delivered which keeps me alive. I've been waiting for over a week for this medication. It comes from the Walgreens in Birmingham and ships to where I live, which is 4 hours away. My medicine is now in Tennessee!! I'm beyond disappointed in the FedEx company. They rep I spoke to could care less if I die! FedEx should be ashamed of themselves!

Supposed to be open now, and can see them inside yucking it up. Clearly they don't care about hours or customers who come to visit. Their personal blah blah blah is priority. This is why FedEx is going down hill.

The representative was so sweet and helpful! We couldn't find the correct number and she was very patient and helpful. The office had all the supplies needed for shipping and printing. It's inside Walmart towards the front. Highly recommended!

The representative was so sweet and helpful! We couldn't find the correct number and she was very patient and helpful. The office had all the supplies needed for shipping and printing. It's inside Walmart towards the front. Highly recommended!

I work in a small law firm just down the road from this location inside of Walmart and am so thankful it is there! Easy to drop off packages and the employees are super nice and helpful. Thank you for having a location inside of the Walmart!!

FedEx has become more known for terrible reliability and terrible customer service recently. This location is no different unfortunately. Try to avoid this location if you can.
