RUN-Armstrong assigned several people, quoter, biller, mover, another company to delivery furniture. RUN, Armstrong's VP Bus. manager not Truthful, Deceitful and Rude. Sale's person had no respect for the customers concerns. They don't listen, don't return call, never follow up. United Van line referring you to the company but could care less if the job is done right. Don't call customer service or Account Rec. person it's a joke. Quote was one amount, bill was twice the amount. No respect for Customer and never return calls. The same for United Van line. the Account receivable person was rude and didn't want to hear your concerns. Customer Service was a JOKE! RUN Run Run.

Armstrong assigned a 4-person crew for my move from Alabama to Virginia with 2 of the 4 with NO moving experience. They were more interested in playing with dog. They had no idea how to wrap furniture or anything else. As they were loading furniture, I knew this was a serious error of judgement using this company. This crew had no idea what quality furniture is or how to move it. Thank goodness I packed all boxes myself and moved sentimental items that couldn't be replaced. Every time I clean and dust I find more pieces they glued on, legs of a dresser were completely broken off, one table fell apart in my hands when I went to move it after they left. Run far away.

We have used Armstrong twice and they have been phenomenal both times! The movers were exceptional and the customer service was fabulous. I highly recommend!

The Armstrong Relocation team did a great job meeting our moving needs from the beginning to the end of our moving process. They worked with our situation to give us the best quality and price for our move. All our belongings were handled with care and properly reassembled in our new home.

Professional movers. They were careful and respectful but very quick. Had our whole house moved out and moved into the new one in one morning. Will use again if we ever move again

We absolutely do not recommend Armstrong Relocation and regret trusting them with our move. We have used other relocation companies in the past and never experienced such a lack of professionalism. The packers did a good job and we had high expectations for the group who would move and store our things. They showed up several hours late, and they took hours longer to load the truck than they should have. They were in no hurry and kept telling us that the people who were supposed to do the job never showed up so they got friends to help out. What?! Fast forward several months when they delivered our things to our new home. Once again, the crew that first showed up was great. However, they quickly discovered that the hardware box to put our furniture together was missing. They told us they would make it right by getting a third party to get new hardware and put together our things. Third party showed up, only had hardware for one piece of furniture. They said they had to order it. Here we are a month and a half later and still no hardware. That's right, we can't use our furniture a month and a half later. We are pretty forgiving people. We understand that mistakes happen but it's the way the management has handled this that's the worst. Not only did they charge us for the third party person coming out and not putting our furniture together (because he didn't have the hardware THEY LOST) they processed the final payment with the credit card they had on file without our permission. We were waiting to make that final payment when the job was finished which clearly it's not. This is dishonest and absolutely ridiculous. Avoid this company at all costs. There are plenty of more reliable options! Very, very disappointed.

I had the best moving experience with Armstrong Relocation. From the personal coordinator to the moving crew, and the customer service rep were honest and took well care of my personal items. I really liked the fact that they inventoried all my items and made sure nothing was broken during the relocation. They took the stress out of moving for me. I will use Armstrong for my next move!
