“Dave will support you with the used cars he sells and be totally honest in helping you out afterwards with any issues. He recently repaired a small exhaust leak that developed in the Subaru Legacy I purchased from Manyo Motors on July 8, 2022 (just over two months ago). He did not charge me for this repair, even though the onus is on ME for having purchased an older car at a point in its mileage history and where these things happen. This is MY fault and NOT his responsibility to repair it for free. I should have known these things would happen soon, given the age and mileage of this Subaru Legacy sedan.. Also, one week after I had purchased it, the electronic parking brake warning light/brake failure light came on, and his shop diagnosed that problem for free, even though this problem was the result of the previous owners use/misuse of the parking brake. Manyo Motors checked the car out thoroughly before they put it up for sale, but they never actually used the parking brake, as it is an automatic car and does not really need the parking brake. I was not charged for this diagnosis and was wisely advised to NOT repair the electronic parking brake, as the repair is far too expensive on a used car for something not really posing a danger if I do NOT use it (the parking brake). Again, if you buy a used car, this is the place to go. Julie”
“These guys are excellent! I had a flat tire and a tire that needed patching up. Both had a wheel lock I didn’t have the key for. They got both off for me with some elbow grease and a smile. Super friendly, super fast, super affordable!!! Coming straight back here if I ever need my tires serviced again. Highly recommend!”
“Was in Milwaukee for a appointment when one of my tires got a large gash. I called at least 20 other places and no one was able to help me out. “I had a slow leak in one tire. They repaired that, checked all of the other tires, their air pressure, and filled them with air... for $20. I am a woman of a "particular age"and I have never felt taken advantage of at this establishment.I have bought tires here over the years at a fair price and got quality tires.This is a no frills place and I believe they have a lot of integrity.Located on the NW corner of 76th and Florist...a couple blocks north of Silver Spring in Milwaukee.Update(11/17/23):I had 2 tires with "slow leaks" repaired. They replaced the faulty valve stems, filled all tires with air AND gave me a nice discount for being a loyal customer. They don't "upsel" anything unnecessary. I still highly recommend them!?”
“I’ve had two flat tires recently (thanks Milwaukee construction) and come here both times as a walk-in to have the tires replaced. They were able to help and send me on my way within 20 minutes and the employees were great considering I don’t know anything about cars or tires. The service to change and put on a new tire was cheaper than expected too. Definitely recommend!”

“When the car dealership told my wife that she needed a new front passenger tire for $218, I about blew a gasket. I checked on line for tire service and came across Economy Tire Sales. Glad I did, the tech, told me there wasn't anything wrong with the tire, but wanted to find out why it was slowly leaking. He took off the tire and found that it needed a new valve stem. He had it repaired in about 15 minutes. I highly recommend this place for any of your tire needs.”

“I've been here twice about 12 years apart and had goodluck with them. Most recently I brought my audi q7 to them for a minor accident. I was in wondering if it needed more than an alignment. They thought there was more to it than that after an inspection and didn't have the equipment or want to repair it and charged me nothing. Glad they didn't just start replacing unnecessary parts. They weren't overly nice which I appreciate in a mechanic. Don't expect a bunch of hugs and smiles”
“This is a small, mom and pop auto shop. I've never actually had my car worked on here, but I would, if the need called for it. I've been here three times now for an emissions test. A few years back, you used to have to go to a Department of Transportation emissions test facility and wait in line for up to 90 minutes to get your car's emissions tested. Nowadays, there's lots of auto shops, all over the city, that provide this service, free of charge. Larry's is one such place. It's super convenient for me because I only live two blocks away. You can simply drive into the lot, walk inside, and you're usually greeted by Larry, himself. If you come for an emissions test, they'll ask you for your paperwork and you can take a seat. In the waiting lounge, they've got plenty of magazines to read, music playing: today was the oldies station, there's a soda machine and a vending machine with candy and snacks. I grabbed a Cosmopolitan magazine and browsed through an article. Unfortunately, I didn't get to finish reading that article because they came in, called my name and I was done already. You're in and out in five minutes! Sweet! They offer all your usual auto services, like: oil changes, brakes, tires, tune-ups, etc., with ASE Certified technicians. They work on all makes and models of cars and light trucks, and they take pride in their work.”
“Went to Sid’s to get a car I recently purchased checked out. I knew it was a rough car, and just wanted to get some stuff squared away. Chris Z. who works here really helped me out. He told me straight up how the car was honestly too rough to repair anything and it would be unsafe to drive. It was nice to hear this info with no sugar coating and with honest regret to inform me how bad it was. Chris also was real kind and personable and stated he would be more than happy to help me find a car that was actually safe to drive in the future.
